Get UK COS within 5 working days | Priority service for COS 

I have applied for tier 5 visa and my employer submitted my application on 18th aug to ukvi but there is no update regarding my cos. In how many days I can accept my cos. Please tell me

UKVI issues COS after strict scrutiny particularly if it is for care worker job. Delay could be due to providing insufficient docs to UKVI or not responding on time when UKVI asks employer for further documents.

First of all, it is better to find a job genuinely and apply for visa without relying on agents. Secondly I guess you are talking about dependents of care workers. Yes, from 11 March, care workers cannot bring their dependents. UKVI issues COS for overseas workers after strict verifications and investigations that is why it takes long time so be patient or push your agent.

Hi. What was your last visa and its expiry date? Did yo use standard service?

Yes I used the standard service. I submitted my uk visa application on 17 March but today I received an email stating that your application was automatically submitted and evidence sent for decision to be made. But I had submitted it on 17march 2024. I also received a reply from complaints team stating that my application is with the appropriate team. Iam worried, can you please give me suggestion what to do

There is nothing to worry about as now a days UKVI taking longer than standard 8 weeks time (around 3-4 months). What was your last visa status?

Is it for Defined COS or undefined COS?

Could you please let me know when did you apply for the COS? I also applied it but just received a mail stating that it's under consideration.....no mails afterwards.

Hi. Did you mean your email address or the Home Office? if there is any issue you can update "Notes" and address your issues and the Home Office will be notified automatically

@@UKVI.updates We requested the COS allocation increase in the SMS, but it was taking a long time to reply. We chose to request the priority service (you need to send them an e-mail with a form). However, the email I used to send the priority service request (with a form) is not registered on the SMS. I'd like to know if it's a problem that I used a different e-mail address to request the service and if they can refuse because of this.

I am not 100% sure but I guess it should be ok as long as you have provided the correct sponsor license number and other relevant details in "Priority Service - Email Request Form". For your peace of mind you can leave a sponsor note in SMS for the HO.

It depends, if your employer is a reputable company and provide complete docs to the Home Office then within 2-3 weeks you can get COS or maximum within 5-6 weeks

If you and your employer provides complete documents to UKVI then around 2-4 weeks

We submitted complete documents but my employer said they haven't heard from the Home office Please what can I do ?
