“Keyaki-an” is a bakery located in Asagaya-minami, Suginami-ku, Tokyo.
Currently, there are two stores, the Asagaya store and the Bakurocho store.
This shop is famous for its bread made with natural yeast. "Tanzawa yeast" and "Shirakami yeast" are used according to the characteristics of the bread. Tanzawa yeast is used for the "Country Bread" that does not use egg or fat, the "Retro Croissant" that is popular for its springy texture, and the "Walnut and Fig" dough that contains 20% rye and walnuts and figs. Shirakami Yeast is used for “Craft Cheese” wrapped with cream cheese and “Potato, Chestnut and Pumpkin Bread” with potato, chestnut and pumpkin kneaded.
New bread is devised every day, so it's fresh every time you go.
There is an eat-in space in the store where you can eat freshly baked bread.
