I can feel you, my gf left me one month ago too. I was in panick and I take anxiety pills after the first 10 days of complete panick which I couldnt handle with. I didn't communicate with her because she was clear and I only sent a message 2 weeks later with all my thesis, that she never replied. I can't stop thinking about her too. Difficult part of this situation are my dreams and my total unstable sleep, I wake up several times every night and check my phone ( sometimes checking her last activities as the last poor way to "connect" with her in my illusion...). I imagine that many feel like me this time, I saw your post 4 days ago and your breakup 1 month ago and I feel you. We must stay strong, I take anxiety pills but I have reduced it the last week and I take it only the nights and not during the day as I did for 2 weeks.

All I can say is that I love you and your messages, is real talk. It made me realize I was not being my best self as he was not either. I know what I have to do now. Neither has he, but is sending the call to voicemail if he does call is it counter productive doing that. I would like for him to think actually I was not being very kind. Okay Robert almost 11 years since Mr Dave walked out. Now he’s in my dreams all the time. We’re most of the time together in the dreams. Other times I see him for no reason. I am already fighting two cancers and now ready for love long term not just sex.

I see him constantly in my mind and visions of him walking towards me and he has never been in my house. I've asked God for guidance, but the feelings keep getting stronger. I know what you are going through bc I was diagnosed with CHF 7 years ago. My father had this affliction and didn't make it. So I thank God everyday for his mercy.
