Ive tried 3 times to lose weight from obese to almost fit, the 3 failed, got to the goal and then gained all back, and more. I can tell for sure that the rock solid fundation of getting fit is on your mind. You have to let go limiting beliefs, and you have to give permision yourself to lose weight and mantain it. Now i'm losing weight steadily but consistently.
I like the concept of juxtaposing ‘tactics’ with “going all in” as opposing forces. Never looked at it that way. I do know that ideally you’re always in the state of flow, but I’m probably not as aware on the level of guys like Gary, what holds me back and why from being more consistent or intense in my flow basically; that’s why videos like this can be a good reminder that it’s all about achieving that state rather than how you achieve it; aka just do it.
