After my race win in 70.3 Taupo I came down with Covid, which put me out of action for the whole of December.

I’m an AG that like you, had Covid after the holidays. Jog/walked my way through a half-marathon, Slowest Known Time (SKT) last weekend. Lungs are still feeling like a chainsmoker. Any thoughts on doing low-intensity vs. high-intensity intervals for recovery? Taking vitamin D3 and Sur Alt Red. Keep hoping that I’ll just magically feel better and recovered each morning.

I can only speak for what I did. I didn't do any intensity until I felt healthy enough to get it done. I was also supplementing with Zinc and Vit C. Good luck with your recovery.
