I think they've done a really great job honestly because they've managed to create the video game equivalent of a Police State: You will "play" and "enjoy" the server exactly as the admin wants you to
rp has always been a part of gmod. even though i do not play or enjoy it it myself, can understand how a lot of people could enjoy it. is this what you find fun? you might want to play hl2dm instead. i felt sad watching this. seemed just a jerk ruining other peoples fun. :|

I love how they say stealing a car is fail rp eventho this is suposed to be a roleplay and stealing cars is something that happens irl. Like instead of playing along and doing a epic car chase trying to stop the police car doing some actuall fun rp they just say "fail rp" and you get banned.
Right? I never get these Police servers when I see them in vids. What are you supposed to do if all crime is punishable by the server rules? Do you spawn a can and throw it next to the bin or would even that be prop abuse or whatever?
Back in the day the Police used to actually chase crimz and if they caught you, fair play they would Jail you instead of banning and it had a real fun cops and robbers vibe to it watch uberhaxornovas dark rp series from back in the day to see what I mean, Nowadays everyone on Gmod takes everything to dam seriously and it ruins all the fun.
This actually works. In a news article I read, it makes the shooter get whisked away by a floating man in some weird-ass armor. He was using some sort of laser pointer thing. It was very cool.

Why is self supplying not allowed, like in a realistic world I know for a fact if I bought something from someone and they refused to use it themselves then I'd immediately be like "wait what's wrong with it?" and never buy from them. Self supplying just sounds like a smart thing to do.
