Upload upload upload.... but where to upload. IRCC webform allows only 3.5 MB to attach. So many documents required. So, size definitely is increasing. How to upload then??

I added my wife after COPR and we received the request to get her medicals this month and this was done and completed last week. Now, we are waiting for the request to get her biometrics done. My medicals will expire by Nov 23rd, 2023 and my wife's by Aug, 17th 2024. As far as I can tell, there is a chance the IRCC will issue the COPR before November. In this case, I want to know whether they are going to keep the initial expiry date for both of us? Thanks in advance for your support based on your knowledge.

My wife's country of residence is India. She is waiting for a spousal work permit, once its approved, she will be traveling to Canada. Meanwhile, if we get a PR invite she will be applying for PCC in India. Will the police clearance certificate become invalid if she travels to Canada?

Thank you very much for the information provided here, here are some questions & my situation, I got married in Oct - 2021 prior to that I have already submitted my application, Informed the IRCC about my marriage, received the documents to be filled, filled out all the documents, provided them with everything, and then in August 2022 they came back to me to ask for my marriage certificate, I have provided the same, and also in August they asked for both our medicals, mine was expired and hence they asked, for my wife it was the first medical, the results showing passed were uploaded in August itself in my application segment! After all this, what do you think our timeline would be, I have read in a lot of forums that asking remedial is good, does it mean that I can expect a PPR request soon? Any thoughts!

I got married April 2021, I submitted all listed in the video apart from the Relationship questionnaire and proof of genuine relationship meaning - marriage cert, birth cert, PCC, Upfront medicals, fee receipt in June 2021. I received my copr in may 2022 but at that time i had intimated ircc to add my wife. So my passport was not stamped saying my application is in progress. Hi Kubeir Sir, my wife got her COPR in Jan 2022, and we got married in Feb 2022. She contacted CIC to add me, they sent the requirements 15 days back. I have a overstayed history in UK as I applied for my Study Visa extension, which was declined. Due to which i over stayed there. During my over stay I filed Asylum case, as there was no one to guide me, the Asylum was rejected after 8.5 years and I came back this year to my home country. My question is: 1. If I got rejected, will they cancel my wife's COPR? 2. In her GCKey there are open slots to add my docs, what will happen if she does not add my documents and let the 30 days timeline lapsed? Kubeir Kamal sir, added spouse after AOR, submitted docs via web form… no moment in profile, called up IRCC to which they said send again on portal as we can’t find them (strange) did that. Got an official ADR on 7th March 22 (time limit 30 days)… submitted again whatever was asked. Called them up again after 4 weeks and I was told to wait and watch. Received ADR again (25th April 22).. this time same forms were asked but an additional travel history to be attached (this time time limit 7 days) submitted yesterday now waiting. Have no specific questions but after 2 ADR’s what do you guys think about spouse biometrics, when can I expect? Any idea on timelines? AOR: 8th Nov 21 COR: India Primary applicants medicals passed and biometrics done.

I have a question, as you mentioned in the video that we need to fill relationship questionnaire which ask if our parents know about marriage etc. I am in a pitiful and tricky situation here, you must be aware of marriage related issues in India due to caste and religion. Because of this issue, I am bound to marry my boyfriend here in Canada and currently, he is on closed work permit. In such a case, where you dont want to reveal your marriage publicly but want to be happily married, whats IRCCs take on this? Also, how do we handle such these type of questions in questionnaire?

I sent several web forms and recently mailed Vancouver VO directly twice. All I get is an auto-generated message? Do I need to send all of the docs again? Hello sir, I am an inland AIP applicant and my PR is approved. Already received portal request and I submitted declaration that I am in canada and uploaded photo for PR card as well. Nowadays, its taking longer to get ecopr and waiting since a month. Sometimes it takes two or three months as well. So, my question is 1) can I travel to India if I don't get ecopr and if I travel to India do I have to inform ircc that I traveled outside of canada. Thank you for the informative video. After receiving my CoPR, I initiated the process to add my spouse. I have submitted all the required documents and completed the biometric and medical procedures for my spouse. However, my CoPR is only valid until April 2024, and I have not yet received my spouse's CoPR or completed her visa process. My question is, since I have informed IRCC about my status and completed all necessary steps from my side, can I proceed to land with my current CoPR, or should I let it expire and apply for a new one with my spouse included? Hi Kubeir, My situation is exactly what you have explained but there is one difference. I received my COPR during end of April. Before receiving I had raised 2-3 webforms to inform them about marital status update but there was no revert from their end. So now there is a time limit of 6 months for me to get the status updated (based on the visa issuance). The difference in my case is that my wife is already in Canada as she had applied for, and received a student visa and is currently studying in a college in Ontario. So in my case the proofs such as biometrics, medical etc. cannot be collected. Moreover, she had already gone through this process when she had applied. In this case what shall be done?? Sir, does this mean that no matter what state the application is in at the time of marriage, i.e, post ITA / post AOR / post PPR, if I get married at any of these times, the spouse doesn't have to give her IELTS, and my score wouldn't be reduced irrespective of the fact that she's accompanying or non-accompanying? Please shed some light on this coz I'd read in a couple of places that if we marry after ITA, the spouse would have to give her IELTS as well and that the score would be recalculated and the ITA can be rescinded if the newly computed score doesn't meet the cutoff for the date of the draw that the ITA was originally issued on.

Hello Sir, I got married on 26th May 2022 and my passport request was received in June 2022. I submitted a web form to IRCC but didn’t get any revert from them so I submitted my passport for stamping and my CoPR was received with my status mentioned as single. I followed up with IRCC multiple times and finally IRCC has replied the following “You notified our office of your marriage after you had already authorized your landing; therefore, it is too late to cancel the process. At this time, it is too late to add your spouse to your application. If you wish to sponsor your spouse to become a permanent resident of Canada, you may do so in a separate sponsorship application. “ Not sure what should be my next recourse, please advice

I got married while my CEC application was in process from Aug 2021... I informed them by raising the webform and multiple webforms used to submit the documents of spouse...after 4 months... They again asked for spouse document in the online portal... That does mean they will start the process now ?... ( For me I got the portal email in dec but I replied to that email that I am not in Canada at the moment and I also got married and raised the webform to update the status. I applied my fee 2 years ago. now I am married application is still in process. how much I have to pay for my husband I understand $515 for Right to permanent residence and $85 biometrics. but how about $850 which option should I select?? Hi Kubeir.. Thanks for the informative videos.. I sent 2 web forms to IRCC informing them that i got married 2 weeks before receiving the COPR and wish to add my spouse to accompany me. I finally got a reply stating "We would like to confirm that the information found in your online account is the most up-to-date, so no additional information can be provided by the Client Support Centre agents." I am not sure what this means.. Then later in the mail there's a contact us link that takes me back to the web form. there is nothing mentioned about adding spouse. I am a bit confused here..
