I’m in self isolation from school after my best friend tested positive, trying rlly hard to be productive because I have assessments coming up and remote learning takes up so much time, this video really motivated me and helped me get along x

I haven’t been back to Germany since leaving when I was 8 and the one thing I remember the most is the Christmas markets! Oh I’m so jealous I love kinder duplo, I wish they sold them in England!

I also like "Mit den Waffeln einer Frau" by a famous TV presenter and a podcast called 'Mordlust'. Do you have any English podcasts? I hope I could help you... There's also a podcast by "easy german" but I don't know whether it's a good one :'D

Two cups of strong black coffee in the morning is all I need for energy, and then one cup in the late afternoon when I feel myself getting fatigued. With the coffee I have a small portion of healthy, organic, whole grain bread or other baked goods. Avoid foods that have added sugar - they give you a quick spike of energy followed by a crash, and the sugar is bad for your teeth.
Hey! Just so you know if you’re taking vit c and d take them vitamin c in the morning and vitamin d at night because when you take them together they basically cancel each other out! X

Know that Lucozade contains caffeine. I discovered this after drinking quite a lot of it while I was pregnant - thinking I'd substituted coke for something caffeine-free!! Argh!

Don’t over do things while you’re obviously post viral. You need plenty of sleep and only do things in short bursts. If you try to do to much you’ll slow down your recovery.

is this sarcasm cause I literally had a full sweet and sour chicken with egg fried rice, battered chicken, sweet and sour sauce, spring rolls, a couple of won ton, prawn toast, prawn crackers, a whole tub of prawn cocktail Pringles, some cereal, a curry pot noodle and toast with literal lard on, as well as some Coca Cola and six mugs of tea yesterday
