water has the capability to change its molecular structure just from the words you speak! i’m not an expert so i may not explain this the best way but water can absorb energy and the words you speak are negatively or positively charged, based on intention, so when speaking affirmations to the water you can essentially “charge” it and thus “charging” you since we are mostly made of water! i hope that made sense, there’s lots of articles about it too if not
