Roll to Your Side:
-Start by bending your knees and rolling onto your side.
-Keep your knees together and move as one unit to avoid twisting your spine.
Use Your Arms for Support:
-Once on your side, use your arms to push your upper body up.
-Place your hand on the bed or surface in front of you for support.
Swing Your Legs Over the Edge:
-Simultaneously swing your legs over the edge of the bed or surface.
-This movement helps you transition from lying down to sitting up.
Sit Up Slowly:
-Use your arms to push your body into a seated position.
-Keep your back straight and avoid any sudden movements.
Move to a Standing Position:
