see arcane bombardments wants instants/sorceries and elspeth wants creatures and because those three are card types in magic the gathering they work in perfect harmony just like my run on sentences when im talking to tubers

There are so many other things he could be doing with "magic content" instead of forcing drafts in a miserable format. There was a magic online cube that was interesting which, to my knowledge, he didn't play once.

in p1p5 you considered custodian but in p1p4 there was no black cards in common which is a signal someone is in black as the packs I believe are seeded to contain one card if every color at common
I know the flyer is pretty mediocre but it has some good synergies with a lot of different commons and uncommons. Exotic pets, mages attendant, Exhibition Magician, cabaretti charm, pugilist, rocco and rakish revelers all let you draw a card with it pretty easily and there are plenty of rares that synergize with it as well. Having to drop blue lost a lot of good picks . Bombardment was a fun pick but it's so awkward sometimes
I've only drafted arcane bombardment once but it was the most fun I've had in this format. Got 7 wins with grixis, once it gets going it's just stupid strong
Is civil servant as a vanilla 2/3 not as good as Halo Scarab? Even without citizens the card still outvalues. Or do you prefer the potential fixing more?
i feel like your bigger problem with this format is that you have a tendency to keep taking the most powerful card or card you like the most in a vacuum, deep into the second pack, and your colors end up all over the place. My suggestion- Highly prioritize ALL the lands and fixing. You seem to want to play 4 or 5 colors no matter what signals you get, and refuse to take "okay" cards when your deck so far WURG and you see a black "way too good not to take" card. So just plan on taking powerful cards, ignoring colors and synergy, and take every land you see, youll end up with a powerful mess that might work :)
