Getting Plastered in our Victorian Mansion 

This is an excellent and highly educational video on the benefits of plaster !!! The best part of this video is the discussion regarding how lime based plaster cleans the air !!! I think that will have to be my choice because I have asthma, and anything that assists in cleaning the air, will definitely be considered on my first renovation project for sure !!! That's really fascinating. My walls are Australian Bluestone and then plastered internally and externally, and in the 4 years I've lived here I've never had to use airconditioning. Our summers are HOT, I'm also rural so it's brutal out here but inside is perfect. Loving all of the information you are providing. Thank you 😊 xx

Thank you for sharing this - rather fascinating. I had no idea lime based plaster helped clean the air. Our 1870 home is needing her plaster repaired and it’s been a challenge to find anyone keen on working with plaster. Our local plasterer retired, leaving the business to his 3 sons. They’re all about drywall:(
