GETTING READY FOR OUR LONGEST PASSAGE YET! 

So, hurricane season is creeping ever closer upon us and most all of the borders in the Caribbean are closed. Further more, the future economy of these tourism based islands is a little uncertain right now. So, this really only leaves us with 1 option. Do and 8-10 day sail back to the US without stopping for food fuel or water. Food isn't an issue, water really isn't either, its the fuel. We dont carry enough to motor that far, so we have to sail. Not a huge problem though since its mostly down wind and we are in fact a sailboat. So, we prep. This video chats a bit about what we're doing to get ready for a sail thats 3 times longer than our longest sail to date.
We prepare for a long passage back to Florida from the US Virgin Islands.
