I just did this way north of you. Preppin for these days of sliding on frozen mountains. Had to hack the 4 inches of ice off the top of my cold plunge 🙄 4 mins is super respectable!!!

my nimiipuu people do sweat lodge with ice cold pools…winter time it can get pretty intense😮 The biggest difference would be more heat not as cold Keep ripping!

I'm not surprised that Billy is ahead of the curve on the ice baths.....Wim Hoff claims that Cold is God....raises dopamine by 250% for hours afterword...VERY COOL...Billy so THE MAN!
