I wouldn't worry about levels at all. The entire point of the Scardutree Blessing is to circumvent "over leveled" characters. I say level up until you create the build you want to play.
Like many others have said, it’s all about the scadutree fragments, they are night and day difference! There’s 50 on the map, and the max level you can get to is 20 by collecting all 50
100% true. When I recorded this, it was in "early release" (aka it was only available to PC players because of an earlier launch window) so I was just learning about it all. I'm super aware now
Don’t know if you eventually touched it but you didn’t activate the miquellas cross in front of Castle Ensis. Probably why the dialogue didn’t advance. 🤷♀
My suggestion is switch weapon to Great sword, hammer or spear. Great class weapons will interrupt mob attacks up to knight class unless they are using weapon art with hyper armor. Also, some weapon arts will make life easy with Great weapons class. They are Lion heart to flatten mobs and Piercing fang to hit through shielded mobs and interrupt their attack. Impaling thrust will damage through shield but it will not interrupt attack but people like it due to quick motion.
Fast weapons like katana are good for big bosses which their attacks will not be interrupted unless their pois is broken but it is too painful to use them if you need to clear 100 normal mobs with it.
We were in the same boat. I started Shadows on a character at the same level and point in the game. Ended up playing both the endgame and dlc at same time because there were things and levels and bell bearings I needed. In the end, I think it was pretty fun doing it that way. It'll get much easier once you're 150 and kitted out with the optimal talismans
I think if you plan to play Bloodborne the best time would be during Halloween season. lol I think you could reasonably finish the game over the month of October, and it fits a lot of themes.
if your not using golden vow multiple times per rest you can use a mixed physic with +10 faith (along side the now "standard" 15% damage reduction for 3 mins) then drop your faith to 15 and still be able to cast golden vow before each boss fight. Scardutree Blessing is the new levelling, need to hunt them down to gain power in the DLC
Yeah between my first play session (episodes 1 and 2 on youtube) and my second play session (what will be episode three) it's like night and day. I levelled up, got the bell bearings, fully levelled my weapons and it's going great now
Math Question?----Scadutree Blessing + Scadutree Blessing= U Survive 50seeds happy hunting. I beat Swordmaster first try 15 levels under you it's all in the seeds. Blasphemous still works great in dlc.
yea i was at about 7 scadutree blessing level when i fought rellana. she has a lot of health. so i decided to go explore a bit to get my blessing upgrades up to a decent amount.
This build seems insanely punishing for your, erm, reflexes. Nonexistent defense, entirely speed based, if you get caught you get punished hard and killed in two hits. I'd have gone with shield and sword if melee, or a pure mage class. Much easier. My skills are pretty good and I still use sword/shield in those games because it allows so much effective defense.
I levelled up my scadu and my levels (I entered the DLC at level 129) at the start of my second play session (what will be episode 3) and I'm all good now. This build is great for me and how I naturally play, but I get that you need to be more defensive or magic build! That's the great thing about Elden Ring, it allows for all sorts of playstyles.
@@itsjavachip If it's great for you, then it's all that matters 🙏I was just afraid that you would be getting quickly frustrated. But it appears I was wrong and you are much more determined than I thought 👍
