It will be a very slow go but after two years of waiting iam finally getting to it. Click the link below for the video of the cars when I originally bought everything 1955 Chevy Build • 1955 Chevy Build
I'll take that tail pan too. I can't believe it's been two years. I've bugged the $%^& out of you to get started on the 55. It's how I found your channel. I may be one of the first to subscribe. I'll be watching my notifications like a hawk. HELL YEAH, we got some 55 action going down!
Great video! I have a 55 Chevy 210 2 door post. My car had been sitting since 1973, it was in North Dakota on a farm site....It took about 1 year to make it roadworthy and some $$$, but it was worth it!
I was lucky, I found a local guy that helped me make it happen for only $25 per hour...he saved me big$$$We worked on it every Saturday for about 6 hours for months. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IcCxKybjYcQ.html@@LeftForDeadGarage
I like to watch all the vids. Bringem on. Looks like the condition of my 55 that I need to start some year. I think I’m the only one left that doesn’t have that Milwaukee 3/8 ratchet, I better order up. Get well and Happy new yr!
Don’t keep putting that guy off, drag it into the shop. That’s the cheapest Milwaukee ratchet, I can’t imagine how much I’d like the good one. Thank for watching, I’ll try to keep them coming pretty regularly
The old '55 looks great sitting there in the shop. That body cart definitely needs some TLC. Trust you all are feeling better and had a good Christmas and New Years. Look forward to seeing more. Catching up on videos again. Be safe and stay well.
Great to see the old 55 in the shop. Lots of good parts to work with. Never fun being sick sometimes just getting out in the shop makes you feel better. Happy New Year to you 👍🏻🇺🇲
It’s like my father in law took that thing apart. He bagged and tagged EVERYTHING. It sure helps with going back together, not to mention he has a damn near photographic memory, mainly when it comes to where he put something, not necessarily how it goes back together. But that definitely helped us when I was putting the 54 Ford Coupe back together.
this is going to be great, now when you do other jobs, we can wine "when are you getting back on the 55" do you have a hopeful time or event when it is finally road worthy,? man sorry about the seasonal flu, thanks for the video
If you have a single bar. 6 cyl. Carb not using please let me know. I need one just to get my car moving until the ls swap. Great vids and happy new year!
I’ve got a couple of color’s slightly in mind but that’s a long way off. Hopefully I’ll have enough engine parts in to go over the motor plans in the next video.
The front body mounts weren’t attached since someone hadn’t finished that firewall replacement, that would have been where I’d used the cherry picker. Honestly i really didn’t think that would take nearly as long as it did lol. By the time I finally got it on that body cart I was thinking yep Iam ready to sell it 😂😂
@@LeftForDeadGarage I was thinking I'm ready to sell mine even before I got started. Don't know what I was thinking starting a major project at my age.
@stoneyswolf I keep telling myself to just slap this thing together and go drive it. Trying to build something actually nice is something new to me, has me worried that nice will take me to long to do.
