You are right!!!~This girl is working for that essential oil company. They are sponsoring her so people will go to their website to buy their stuff. Lol
yes I would love more videos about essential oil!! I'm just been getting into them the past 6 months, would love to know more about using them on other ways. like digestion, anxiety, stress and over all wellness. thank you so much, we want more 💗💗
I just bought a diffuser and one bottle of lemon grass essential oil. I've never used these and need to know if the diffuser turns off automatically if it runs out of water. If I'm successful with these items I am interested in learning more in depth about the benefits. Thanks.
Hi my name is Natasha and I just asked for a diffuser for Christmas but I'm allergic to lavender is there an oil I can use besides lavender that I can mix to wake up or go to sleep with
I need to buy essential oils online so bad, because my bedroom stinks so bad after I caught a bad cold. I'm not good at making essential oils, because I don't seem to understand the benefits of scented preparation.
Ecliptic Moon hahaha right. She doesn’t even know what she’s talking about either. She gave her favorite blends, but didn’t say how many drops of what. It also looks like she just dumps oils in her diffuser without counting drops.
Hello ! What kind of oils I can use for parotid gland (saliva tumors) I already have surgeries followed by radiotherapy and they insist. I am trying natural treatments now . Please thank you
Do you leave the diffuser going when you sleep? I heard that you should only have it on for an hr at the most then turn it off... Is this correct, please?
I have been breathing in oil for years now and it really helps me relieve stress. I would DEFINITELY say it’s essential because without doing it I get anxious and my day gets ruined. I typically do it at the car pumps or if I’m parked and I can just open the latch and get a whiff. 10/10 would recommend. Everyone have a blessed day ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The link is not working, I am so happy you got out! Please take the video down, it is a free ad for young living #mlm . And you are risking your credibility by leaving it on here.
For those who may not want to get the entire starter kit, Amazon has great affordable diffusers and edensgarden.com has some really great affordable oils. :) I recently started diffusing oils & love it. Lemongrass oil is my fav. ❤️
@@dalepower197 Eden's garden is a good company. Their oils are pure. 1st- there is no such thing as an actual therapeutic or medical grade essential oil. That's just a marketing scheme. Don't argue with me do research. 2nd- the reason YL oils are expensive isn't because they're the best, it's because the people involved in the Pyramid scheme are making money off your purchase and all the credulous dumb asses that fall for it.
You said you didn’t want to spend a lot of money yet you got a young living kit which is like $140 to $200. ! Disclaimer for everyone in the comments! Don’t get this kit! I have a 16 dollar diffuser and a pack of 6 essential oils for 11 dollars and it’s awesome
Young Living oils are medical grade essential oils. You can not (I reapeat CAN NOT) compare them with any other cheap essential oils you can get at most heath food stores. Most essential oils say "pure" on their labels, but what they mean is "5% pure essential oil and the rest is alcohol or a cheap carrier oil, also those 5% may come from a non organically grown plant, might be twice destilled and I'm a very bad product all together, don't buy me, don't put me on your skin, because I might cause rashes and for the love of god don't take me internally!". Please do more research on essential oils and the qualitly of medical grade essential oils. You will see that the price of young living essential oils is definitely justified.
same here. I mostly use oils like lavender, peppermint and lemon which are a lot cheaper than, say, mhyrre, rose or jasmine. But if you think about it. A 5ml bottle contains 80/90 drops of essential oil and most of the time you only need 1-3 drops per use, so one bottle goes a long way. And one thing that helped me was to get my priorities straight. I save money by buying clothes second hand, I get foods in bulk or on the farmers market and I don't spend my money on a big vacation or trip but stay at home and discover the places near by. The money I save, I invest in essential oils. Redistributing my finances has really helped me save money and spend it on the important things. All the love. N
@@Katerstrofurchtbar this is so true i hope people stop comparing YL with all other cheap oils. It's sad how people are so enthusiastic to give these comments or thoughts but are lazy enough to do their research. Smh.
Hi I'm new to essential oils and i'm really interested to know more about it. I have started using Lavender oils + epsom salt for soak bath. It was awesome. How often i can use it? Can i used it daily ? And also i want to know which essential oil is use for which purpose? Thanks!
Shreya Bakshi 1reason you feel so good after is Epsom salts r magnesium which the muscles reabsorb in the bath i do it every night long soak in tub lol and the lavender relaxes body and mind
New to your channel and here to support I use young living essential oils and other products and love them and new to RU-vid can’t wait to see what your channel is about 👋🏿
Great info. for beginners Sort of. 😏 .U Spoke of 4 blends....BUT you failed to mention the AMOUNT of each drop to BE blended. Also what about your Carrier Oils?!?! They play a big role in the whole Blending-Gig, as well. Peace @ Love from east coast
I like how you explained how there is those plug in scents that can be bad for you. They must be so bad for you because it gives me headaches, now I use essential oils and I have an oil diffuser
I've had a look through the comments but can't find anything on whether it's safe to use them in a diffuser or humidifier with pets around. Anyone know? Thanks.
Ridwan Jaafar It is simply UNBELIEVABLE to me how gullible people are. I have a coworker who runs at me with oils if I say ANYTHING about how I feel about ANYTHING. “Ugh, my eye suddenly itches”...she suddenly yanks out an oil and tries to pour it on me. The peppermint is the WORST, because the smell...NEVER....GOES.....AWAY. I’ve banned her from talking to me about oils lol. Total garbage.
Link508 3 Did you hear yourself? It doesn’t matter. Ok , to you and ONLY you! But thanks for your concern and I will continue to use them. Many different brands , many better than others. Try a few , maybe they will work for you. Your reply is contridicting when you state “it doesn’t matter” but defend a statement? Ok 👍
Ekil _Like though it may be costly, as stated above, it isn’t for everyone but to discredit a product when some that use it continuously and feel it has a good effect is disturbing. Again, many different brands and I can say some are definitely better than others. I believe a lot of people also expect an instant difference and if they don’t get that it’s not a good product. We should all know if it’s not something you can surgically correct as humans our bodies take time to heal and process new methods. Especially when you haven’t been on top of the situation from the start trying to prevent issues getting worse. Essential Oils are not for everyone, and they are not an immediate reliever for all situations.
I think those two things go hand in hand. Essential oils work because of their smell and how that affects the brain. I personally have found they help wth anxiety, especially when paired with a mindfulness practice like yoga and meditation!
essential oils actually do work for anxiety, depression, etc. If you like you could try to get your hands on the life science desk reference on essential oils. This book presents very good research on studies done on essential oils and their effect on physical and mental health.
Sarah Holding 💕In my experience essential oils are powerful helps to good health. I don’t diffuse usually because it uses too much oil. Instead I rub the oil blend on my skin and then use the oily hand as a mask and take 10 deep breaths. A good essential oil blend in a good carrier oil is a great, safe deodorant. Pain~rub it on. Organ system that needs support; rub it on above the organ or on bottom of the feet on reflexology points. And on and on. EO’s are the second best thing, no third I ever done for my health. 1st- a healthy diet with lots of green leafy vegetables, natural vitamin supplements and then essential oils. Check out RU-vid for lots of oil health information.((ginny))
I used to use lavender oil and I do feel like it probably worked not just because of lavender's affect on the brain but I think it may also be because it kinda forces you to become grounded and breathe deeply which are very effective for anxiety so that may be a factor
why does everyone say you only need a few drops? I can't smell it unless I put 15 drops in no mater the oil type. I do have a powerful sense of smell too.
Informative video. I have a oil diffuser (humidifier) and put essential oils in it. Though, can I also out Melting Oils in it that are normally meant for a wax burner or warmer? Thanks
do you know how to use tea tree oil correct because i think i didnt use it correct i applied a few drops on my face and started having this burning sensation and red spots started to occur on my face
@@jefitanails do you not know what MLM’s are? Young Living is 100% a MLM/pyramid scheme 🤦🏻♀️ Google Young Living MLM, the top result is Young Living Multi-level marketing company.
@@sheena2007 yes i do know what they are, just was curious why you had commented that but i just got educated by one of my friends who knows a lot about pyramid schemes. thank you for commenting so i could ask her & be more informed about this !! i also just heard about DoTerra
@@jefitanails I hate MLM’s. They pray on women who are struggling. They promise financial freedom, while usually putting the person in debt. Unfortunately, the only way to get ahead, is by recruiting. It’s kind of disgusting the amount of MLM’s. If you’re interested, there are a lot of Anti-MLM groups on fb. Mary Kay is probably one of the worst. The pink truth was an eye opener.
@@sheena2007 it’s honestly so disgusting. It’s horrible what these people do. I can’t even remember the amount of times they would try to recruit my mom for Mary Kay just because they would see her shopping with my sister & i & automatically assumed she was a single mom.
Just getting into essential oils and I found your video very informative. Could you tell me are there other health benefits, aside from using them as a sleeping aid.
Thank you for simply explaining how to maximize my starter kit. I got the box & then thought, "now what?" You provided some wonderful blends that I can use TODAY!
Oils aren’t essential. I know this lady who went to my church and she had a baby and it was coughing. The docters wanted to make sure it was ok.... but she decided to put essential oils on her newborn baby! Sadly the baby passed away a day later. (becuase of the oils and the coughing. Proven by the docters)
great video, I made facial oil blend for night routine could u plz help to let me know if it's safe dilutation to use every day on face I mixed 2 tablespoon argan oil, 2 tablespoon rosehip oil with 10 drops lemon , 15 drops lavander and 20 drops frankincense essential oil ,.. but I'm confused if I've done right n safe blend for face. thanks n plz reply back
I think the blend is pending your skin tolerance. Some people have very sensitives skin and need high blending. My skin personally, I need little blending.
Hi! I just recently became interested in essential oils and natural scents in general. One of my favorites is also cedar wood! I'm sorry if you already answered this question, but how many drops do you use for each of the 3 mentioned (lavender, stress away and cedar wood)?
She did mention in the intro that she was going to talk about the back story of how she got into essential oils.. explicitly. And she mentions there’s a lot to talk about and sharing information from her own experience. If it’s helpful for you, perfect. If it isn’t, totally fine too, just skip ahead and go to the parts of the video useful for you. Thank you for the helpful tips and information. Going to get into essential oils and continue my research! (Just starting my journey with essential oils and in the area of natural/health wellness.
You are so cute and I love your videos! I am making videos as well and think we are similar in our approach! Thank you for sharing! I will be sharing your videos with my downline and new potential members!!
I most certainly will not dip my, nay, anyone's toes into any oil, of any kind. But thanks so much for putting another temptation in my mind. Oh, hey... what if you owned your own slip'n'slide that instead of using water, uses lemon meringue pie filling, no crust. how do u like it? 😜 P.S. ^^ someone needs visine 👌
I totally feel like we are soul sisters (as I plan some hikes this weekend in VT). I took the plunge with a starter kit in January and LOVE it so much. Thieves is amazing, that is how I clean most of my house. I'm going to add Immupower to my next essential rewards order and have that, thieves and purification as my trifecta going into autumn. 😊 I don't know how I lived without stress away in my life! I could go on and on, but I won't. 😉 I'm so glad you made a video dedicated to spread awareness to how amazing eos can be. Have a fabulous Friday and a great weekend!
AHHH this is amazing!! Love, love hearing from you! I'm planning a hike in VT this weekend too :) and yes to ALL of your picks. They're seriously the best things ever. And stress away...oh man LOVE that oil! xo
I purchased lavender oil but I don't know whether it is essential oil or fragrance oil because both are neither mentioned. Actually I planned to buy essential oil which would serve both the purpose of scent and shelf period of DIY homemade products. Could u please help me by letting me know the usage of the purchased oil?
I am so confused. I am new to Essential oils and so far I have bought 2 Different Diffusers ( cool mist) both are defective after less than 30 days. I was also told that heating EO's diminished their theraputic value. Can you address this please. I am about to contact Amazon re the diffusers. I have a wonderful list of EO's with 100 ways to use them from Natural living .com. They also recommended the diffusers and that is why I am skeptical about which diffuser to order. Thank you
Sounds like you need to get a better diffuser :) I would definitely look at the reviews before purchasing! And when you're using a cool mist diffuser, you're not actually heating them, so I think it's totally fine!
