I've been playing with tosses for a few months now, the focus some tossing patterns take is crazy, when you start getting it down it feels so good. I never thought about tosses in this way, but it really is a good explanation.

Wow now I realize that i look crazy when i try to "Catch" whereas I should have "throw" better

Great video, I've been working on throws for years. I recommend learning to juggle, I started a few years ago and it has helped but Poi is difficult. Hard to control the tether, good idea beginning with no beat throws. I'm excited to see your next video, Thank you.
