HYDRO BAN liquid waterproofing membrane is also suitable for treating seams and corners. There are multiple methods, the one you go with depends on the cost, preference, and what will work best for your particular application.

Is this ready for tile after that? Seems easier than schluter. Also would it be good to then coat over everything here with hydro ban green product?

When using the HYDRO BAN Board along with HYDRO BAN Adhesive & Sealant, you're ready to flood test or tile in as little as 2 hours. There's no need for additional products.
