GF perked her ears up quickly when Dan hit those high notes & she got a smile on her face just like you did, EV. Lol. Dan's ability to transform ordinary songs into great metal versions is really quite impressive. The Witcher songs are bard songs with lute accompaniment, but Dan made them high octane with his magic touch. All of them are great & his versions have more views than the originals. When he did these covers, his channel literally doubled overnight. I had never heard of the Witcher series nor the games until I heard Dan's covers and I did some research in order to fully understand the lyrics & also to realize exactly how creative Dan had been in his covers of them. In the "Song of the White Wolf" (Geralt's nickname), Dan has this hauntingly beautiful, but mournful sound to his voice kinda like the howl of the wolf. Burn Butcher Burn is one that just has to be experienced to understand, so I'll let you discover why that one's unique. It's sung in the series by a very angry Jaskier. Priscilla's Song (Wolven Storm sung by a female in the game) has both metal & traditional versions by Dan. Both are good. Dan does at least one other outro in these covers. He's actually quite a character with a really funny personality, but a no bs part of him, too. You can pull up his "Weird Questions" or "Funny Moments" videos & get a glimpse into his personality w/o having to do any reaction to them. If you haven't done so yet, do a reaction to Dan's metal version of the Star Spangled Banner and follow it immediately with his "Apology" video. You'll see a little more of Dan's personality there. Also, his cover of Def Leppard's "Pour Some Sugar on Me" will put a smile on your face for a full 4 mins. He hams it up on that one. Never a dull moment with him.😄

Dan’s talking outro’s are no more because the algorithm didn’t like that people klick away. So Dan stopped. I think you should ask Kathy what her favorite songs are and see if Dan did one of those. If she still has no response to Dan other than sit next to you and watch it to please you, you should give up on her liking Dan’s work. I’d rather see a reaction that is fun than this
