Its a new mechanic added in GGxrd called Danger Time it occurs only randomly in one round and when the timer starts in the 10 sec. I think every hit acts like a counter hit or an RC with HIT stun
***** Danger Time originally occured when two moves of high attack level clashed, as of the current and coming versions, it has a chance to occur at any clash.
C0Rtv Strange, I heard it occurs randomly (with a low chance) on clashes from the Guilty Gear tutorial (I decided to refresh on the basics, they made an incredible tutorial, imo). Still, I can't wait for Danger Time in NA Tournaments. People are going to go freaking insane when one triggers in an top 8's or something. And the hits do incredibly more damage then an counter hit (AKA the name "Mortal Counter") for all physical attacks (not projectiles). And if someone gets hit, they become slowed down like an RC, giving room for crazy combos.
