Currently as we speak, there are about 500,000 Ghanians living in Nigeria and an estimated figure of 2 million Nigerians living in Ghana u must understand Nigeria's population is a stargering figure of over 250 million in Nigeria, and Ghana is about only 33 million, u shd also bear in mind that any wrong move by Ghanaians against Nigerians living in Ghana in terms of aggression will be tantamount to equal retaliation by Nigerians in Nigeria against Ghanians living in Nigera. Both countries benefit from each other in terms of international trade and millitary alliances which is one most important characteristics of Ecowas. For instance there was a recent explosion at an estate in Ibadan that killed many Nigerians as a result of explosives kept illegally in the estate by some Malians, Nigerians are not calling Malians names on social media.
