You're writing and saying "don't overextend" but every single full rep we see is hyperextended. It is not possible with that setup to reach the ground without hyperextending the spine🧐🤨

He isn't hyper extending. He is just extending. He is clearly capable of that range of motion and is not forcing the extension. There is nothing wrong with extending your spine; it is designed to be able to bend.
