Love to watch this video clip, presentation superb!! Very well explained .Hope to do this authentic musket for eid ,to share my pakistani friends in lahore.
Great video! I am wondering what other flavours can be added? I used to get yellow coloured muscat from the middle east and it tasted slightly of banana or something is this a flavour that is typical? Has anyone had this one I'm talking about?
@@NazeemasTasteofhome oh, that's the name...i could not remember...those were the days...if i remember the owners were Sri Lankan Muslims, or were they actually from Bombay....or did this halvah come from Bombay....it seems like in Tamil Nadu , too, there are different versions of this, but they all were brought to the south and lanka by arabs I think; its the same texture of the Persian, Arab, and Turkish "lokhum" , only they dont use ghee....Thanks again, i love your cooking, mashaalah!
Hi I made this Muscat recipe nd it was amazing But I couldn't cut into pieces as it was more soggy nd I had to eat with the spoon I dont know where I made the mistake Please correct me
Hi Fazla sorry to know your consistency didn’t turn up well for this recipe. I had clearly shown that consistency should be tight at the final level so it becomes hard . Thanks for your interest in my recipe. Please do try it again. And it’s a no fail recipe 👍
Your muscat everything fine, but I noticed one thing in your video, your dirty bangles are sinking in the flour milk You can see it again beginning of your video Apart from that all good Next time don't use any response any ring or bangles Thank you
