Recipes
Red kidney beans 2-3 Cans or cook 1 cup and make the ready
white kidney beans 1 can Optional
2 medium Onions
12 Flat or Portabella mushrooms
Oil as needed
1 Tablespoon Dried Mint
Fried Herbs 450gr
It consists of leek, parsley, coriander, and fenugreek
Turmeric 1 tsp
4 dried Limes
Salt and black pepper as needed
Tomato paste 1tsp
You can find all ingredients in Persian stores also some of them in Turkish or Arabic stores.
