Ingredients:
Pinto Beans : 1 Cup
Chicken Breast : 400 Gr
Chopped Onion : 1 Large
Herbs : 1 Kg ( Leek: 250 Gr ,Parsley: 250 Gr ,Coriander: 250 Gr ,Spinach: 150 Gr ,Fenugreek: 50 Gr )
Dried Limes : 4
Tomato Paste : 1/2 Tbs
Turmeric : 1 Tsp
Black Pepper : 1 Tsp
Salt : 1 Tsp
Spice(Advieh) : 1 Tsp
Veg Oil
Water
Instructions:
Pour the pinto beans with the water in a pot and cook for 1 hour.
Heat the herbs in a pan for 10 minutes until lose all the water.
Then add oil and fry well until completely fried.
Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add onion and fry until golden brown, add chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
Add turmeric, black pepper, spice and salt and cook for a few minutes.
Add tomato paste, dried limes and water. cover and cook on medium flame for 30 minutes .
After 30 minutes, add the cooked herbs and pinto beans and mix well.
cover and cook on low flame for 45 minutes .
