vitamin shoppe is definitely the go to for value. if you catch them running 20 or 25% off or something similar you can get the 5lb chips ahoy for a killer deal for ghost prices. Or if you catch gnc when they run their yearly bogo 50 on the 2.2lbs ones and stack instore pickup or use a routine for the 10% extra off.

MyProtein, Quest, Premier Protein, Legion, BSN Syntha-6, ISOPURE Also i would love a video where you take your favorites from Ryse, Dymatize, and Ghost, and then talk about which is best. I got samples of ghost and they were the first protein i had ever tasted that i didnt hate. They actually tasted good and didnt have a protein or chemically taste. Great videos man.

Good video and effort! I’ve experienced that mixing the Cinnabon with a cup of 2% milk, a cup of oatmeal and a a few ice cubes in a blender tastes fantastic and no chemical aftertaste appeared. Water I can imagine highlights all chemicals in the taste. Blending it with the ingredients above really makes it a creamy tasty shake and it’s worth it for me to wait until I am home after the gym.

Yes, I have indeed heard this before from some people. They don’t like having to chew on bits while drinking protein, which is understandable. For that, as far as Ghost brand specifically, I’d recommend the peanut butter cereal milk one. It’s damn good.

Man I just got and tried the nutter butter, if that's a 9.5/10 then I don't wanna try any of the rest. Tasted more like 5/10 to me. Fairlife is 9.5/10 and Core Power is 10/10. Ready to drink and $26 for 18, which is actually cheaper than these. You should try them.

I would say the chips ahoy is slightly better than Oreo. Neither of which have a chemical aftertaste. Both aren’t as good as the pnut butter though.

I only use these for protein ice cream. I’m a simple man, I go for value, best protein gram/$ with 130 calories or less. If you can find 40 gram/$ anywhere, typically at a BOGO sale, buy buy buy.
