Alright real talk. Which flavor was your favorite? If you watched till the end, you know I couldn't pick just one as my favorite lol. So you can pick two flavors if need be ✌And if there is a flavor that is your favorite that isn't here, let me know and I'll make it 👨🍳
I think the cosmic brownie and strawberry shortcake cheesecake crunch. Flavors of my childhood. My favorite ice cream was this limited edition Greater's called Chunky hippo. Toffee ice cream, peanuts, chocolate. Toffee flavored sweet drops is the best option I've found. Graeters black raspberry chocolate chip is a close second.
Favorite flavor so far is definitely the Cinnamon Toast Crunch one. Although the peanut butter one also slaps hard. As far as ice creams I'd love to see recreated, some of my favorites are brambleberry crisp, sweet cream biscuits and peach jam, snickerdoodle, or phish food!
Hmmmmm that's a tough question! That OREO Cereal Milk one looks and sounds incredible. Also, the watermelon italian ice one sounds crazy refreshing especially for only 92 calories. If I had a suggestion for a flavor it'd be a remake of the Ben & Jerrys Chunky Monkey.
Here's a tip. Look into extracts and emulsions. It opens up a lot of options. That's how I was able to make the pistachio ice cream I was craving for example. Add pistachio/almond extract to vanilla ice cream base. Then mix in pistachios. Edit: here are some other ideas Caramel Extract: Salted Caramel (optional: top with flake salt) Rum Extract: Tiramisu (add espresso to base. top with cocoa) | Rum Raisin. (mix in raisin) Coconut Extract: Coconut cream pie (mix-in coconut flakes, graham crackers. top with whipped cream) Orange Extract: Creamcicle (optional: orange zest) I usually blend real fruit but I find oranges just don't have strong enough flavor personally Maple Extract: Maple pecan Root Beer Extract: Root beer float Lemon Extract: Lemon Meringue | Lemon poppy seed
The fact that he puts in all the effort for the recipes and the videos, and still makes them free is highly commendable. Way better than pretty much any fitness influencer.
Tip: Use the GELATO function instead of lite ice cream (and don't use RE-SPIN; just do another spin with GELATO). It works a lot less air into your mixture, so the result is much denser and creamier.
@@deebrandt007 I hope this helps reduce the bloat! Another tip to help minimize how much mixing the machine needs to do: place your frozen pint in a bowl of hot tap water so that the water comes up to the level of the mixture. Let that sit for 1.5 to 2 minutes, then process as usual. This really helps get the icy bits on the sides and bottom better incorporated. And press your mixture with a spoon to test the consistency after the first spin; I have found that while it looks crumbly, sometimes it's creamier than it appears and doesn't need a second spin.
The fact your recipes are actually original + you don't bulk them out with tons of gums is freaking awesome! Loving that you're back on youtube, keep the content coming bro!
Soaking sugar coated cereal in milk does increase the caloric value by ALOT! I use non sugar corn flakes and soak them and add the sweetness with a sweetener. Works like a charm. Love those recepies!
You can use the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnadust straight up instead of waiting hours and track the macros much easier brother. Great Video! My wife just made the Cold Brew one 🔥
Using the regular ice cream option twice gives me the perfect consistency every time for most recipes. Do that if you're not a fan of soft serve. Thank you for this compilation. gonna save this video. Down 50 pounds since switching to a high protein diet and using a ton of your recipes.
These all look absolutely incredible, and it's so commendable of you to offer that recipe book for free! Curious, what's your go-to whey/casein blend vanilla protein powder and zero calorie sweetener?
Just had your birthday cake ice cream man and I gotta say YOU ARE hands down easily one of if not the BEST detailed anabolic recipe creator..I thought Nick from excercise for cheat meals was phenomenal but you are comin for the crown..you have been game changing for me man especially being a massive sweet tooth and trying to stay in a deficit
For folks that have the DELUXE…unless you fill it to scoopable capacity, you won’t have the texture shown here. I was doing the deluxe for these recipes and it was icy. I got the original Creami (pint), did these recipes on light ice cream and it’s exactly what he shows here. Game changer. I would double these recipes for the deluxe, so the container is much fuller and the results will be awesome, but boy, that’s a load of ice cream!
@@elainanoell9052 I didn’t. I bought the origina, as it suited our serving size better.. The point of my comment was to point out that if you fill the deluxe or original 1/2 full, then it will be icy, but if full, the texture is wonderful. 😊
One change I would make to the recipes, specifically the ones with cereal, is to just freeze the left-overs from making the cereal milk, crush them up and mix back in.
Eating my first pint using your cookie butter recipe. Can confirm- delightful!!! I use allulose for sweetener and I add a scoop of vital protein collagen creamer.
Yeah right. They "give" it to you for free with forced email input and you can't spoof it becuase they mail it to you. I'm sure you don't get marketed crap to with a website like that one about dieting.
Omg , I’ve had a creami for a few years and I do protein ice cream form a Facebook group but these look amazing, thanks for the free recipe book. I’ll be making all these wow
Hi. I received a copy of the pdf (Many Thanks!) and tried the very last recipe for Oreo cookies and Cream Protein Ice Cream. I absolutely love the mixture and it is a great recipe! So tasty! I looked at the macros you posted and they don't seem correct based on the ingredients you have in the recipe. Without add-ins I believe it should read about 193 calories, 24g protein, 16g carb, and 4g fat. You're not using enough protein powder or protein milk to achieve 53g protein.
thank you SO much for this, amazing recipes straight to the point. i'm on a weight loss journey, icurrently just been making low cal frozen yogurt as i dont have a creami but i think this is a sign to buy one man. instantly subscribed love the way you edit your videos btw edit - just placed an order and it’s coming in a few days. thanks man will be coming back to this video
Thanks for the video and the Ebook, Zach. Can you share your experience testing the various stabilizer options? I noticed some of your recipes have Xanthan Gum, and some do not. Is there a reason? Did you try cream cheese, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, egg whites, or gylcerin in your tests?
I only used xanthan gum in one recipe I am not mistaken. And that's because it didn't have as much dry ingredients so I needed something to help make it more creamy.
dymatize has a fruity pebble flavor, and there's a cinnamon toast protein powders that might work with these recipes... in case anyone would be temped to eat the whole box of cereal.
This might be a more southern thing, but I wonder if making protein frozen custard is possible in the creami🤔 ya boi LOVES him some Andy’s. Also, downloaded the free recipe book from your email list. Keep crushing it my dude! Always the OG of protein recipes!
Always gotta do a respin first THEN I do the mix-ins. Don’t know if it’s because I have the deluxe and not the base Creami model, but - that said - these recipes are goooolden!! 💯
I've tried to sign up with two different email addresses to get this recipe book, but I never get the email that was promised. Does anybody have a copy they can share, post, or something? I'd love to try these!
Thanks Zach, great video and wonderful recipe book. You are an angel💝. On another note, are you planning any more flavours in your Vegan protein powders?
I think there may have been a typo on the pumpkin ice cream. Macros on the ebook is 80cals and 6g of protein. In this video it’s 290. Also the recipes are different but the ebooks ingredients calories go way past 80 lol! All the other creamis are great though 🤤
I’d love to make a version of these without the protein so it’s just a low calorie ice cream. How do you recommend we substitute the protein powder but still get the flavor? For example, how can we make the vanilla base still taste good without the protein powder?
Love all these recipes they’re amazing! Quick question - I’m in the UK and we don’t have pudding mix here. I have xanthan gum but I’m unsure how much to use in comparison to the pudding mix, does anyone know how much to use? Thanks in advance!
Just got a creami, so excited to try some of these! But I have one question: Is there something I can add instead of the pudding mix? Can't get it anywhere here in Norway :/
