I sat in the front row of her concert in 1996 in Raleigh, NC and was as amazed and stunned as you were when I heard her voice. As angelic and pure a voice as you’ll hear in this life. Also, she has more Grammys than any female singer. Ever.

This is why she has the most Grammy’s of any singer and I think third most Grammy’s overall if you include the other jobs honored like producer. She is an angel.

I appreciate your appreciation Ran for Alison Krauss and Union Station ! I just melt every time I hear this.... it just goes right to your heart. Another favorite among many is "Oh Atlanta", and "Down To the River To Pray". Beth Nielsen Chapman's voice also has a way of going right to your soul, so to speak. "Sand and Water", "There is No Darkness" and "Emily" are wonderful, among many.

If harmony is your guilty pleasure, you need to hear the first four albums by The Mamas and The Papas. You won't regret it. And will always remember it.

She has the most incredible voice of anyone alive. Even if you're not into country, there's no denying it.

I used to listen to this song when I had not been able to be with a man I was in love with. I cried and cried and cried. I'd say, "I feel like this house I"m living in is a tomb." I lived alone and was single at the time. Allison is the best. I adore her singing and also the accompanying group Union Station.

Yeah... Her voice is pretty ethereal and she has such a unique vibrato. She’s super unique, and when she plays her violin, too... Wow!
