My explanation in the video was kinda vague even with the example so yea I can understand this. 1. (Feels Good / Aim) Line your self up with the sling at an angle that works for you and feels sticky when you jump into it. Make sure align your self (aim) so that you come out of the sling like in video. Either looking left or right. 2. (Patience) When you jump into a sling just walk on it for a second, this is so you aren’t instantly pushing your self out when you jump again. You can walk on a sling for much longer than you think. 3. (Timing) The longer you walk on a sling, the later you will come out of it, allowing you to hit your next jump at the right angle (when needed) if you walk on a sling for a short amount of time you may shoot out of it or jump higher depending on the angle you jumped into it and how you were aiming. 4. (Chaining) Practice the first three steps, and figure out the rhythm of the set slings. No set of slings are built completely the same so timing maybe different between them. This means you’ll either need to jump early or late like I talked about in step three.

I think only tick rate affects jumps H3 is stuck at 60 tick unless you mod your game to 30 tick

Framerate can make certain footghosts unusable or feel different but that’s usually only for vanilla maps like guardian gay jump to 2nd blue window for example. But higher framerate makes ghosting easier along with aiming and cleanliness and lack of input delay usually will help u increase your abilities
