The part you said doesn't feel like it fits: "Satan, Lucifer, Osculum Obscenum" is the wink, wink, nudge, nudge that the guy in the "You know that it takes two and you know he wants to do you too" is Satan. The whole song is about a practice in Witchcraft/Satanism called "Osculum infame". It's where upon greeting Satan when called upon to appear by a Witch, they greet him by literally kissing his asshole. It's what allows the devil to seduce women. So to kiss the go-goat (Also a play on the 60's term go-go dancer), is the do that, and it was only done by female witches.

Yup. They were made to get deep into. Even Tobias Forge, the lead singer, admitted he wanted to create something that people would obsess over when he created Ghost and the lore around it.
To fail to understand this is a chapter in a story makes sense of the look on your face. Essentialy: Ghost has been a band that has been around for 50 years and its evolution is through each album.

But Ghost are selling lots of records in the US. Their last record Prequelle went directly into the number 3 spot in the top 100 albums last year in the US charts.

Ghost is a comic book AND a good rock band. There is a story behind all of the albums and “history” of the band. Picking out a few songs here and there may not help in living the “evolution” of the story. Listen to anything/all of Opus Oponymous (first album) and hit up the wiki. You really need to know Ghosts history to understand the video. I think its hilarious because I've watched all the videos they've done and have been following their music for years before they were really popular.
Ghost mentions a bit about the religious judgements towards sex for pleasure, as temptation by Satan. Live, for a while during Meliora tours he gave a speech about it. My take on the chorus "but he's the guy you wanna do, luckily he wants to do you too." Followed by Satan, Lucifer, Osculum Obscenum (obscene kiss) I think pokes at the very topic, in which case I think it fits right in.

You can’t just jump in here and understand what’s happening with the storyline.and these songs. And you need to look up the Latin part it might help on any of the Ghost songs when you don’t understand the lyrics.
Very fair opinion at the start. I am a big ghost fan, just saw them live (AWESOME) I am mixed on the new stuff. Like this one, not sure about mary on a cross but its growing on me, as ghost does. ✌
Remember this song was written as to have come from 1969 and sung by Papa Nihl originally. Acid rock, you're getting it! But I hate the Blue Oyster Cult comparison, not even close. Ghost is a mystery that is always evolving, nothing like them in the last 20+ years. Tobias is a genius to say the least! At least you used Episode 8 for their video, smart move, where other reviewers have blundered. Osculum obscenum means to kiss the goats (Devils) other mouth, his anus, which is Obscene. Now with that put the lyrics altogether, dark and deep. That Papa Nihl re-releasing the 50th Anniversary of "7 inches of Satanic Panic" anyways!

You might be thinking of Foxy Foxy from Rob Zombie, that song def has that 70's vibe. Also you are not wrong about Blue Oyster Cult, it's a huge influence of theirs.
