I read Ghost Machine one-shot and Geiger issue 1 and felt Geiger was the weakest of the 3 offerings. Found the tradepaperback and Ground Zero 2 issues and now think Geiger is the most interesting and developed (8+ issues) concept so far in the universe. The world building for Las Vegas alone is a great setup for years if they want to tell those stories. great episode and great to hear so many “Buy” votes!

Im going to check this out. Ill do the trade thing. Its cool to hear Bryan is excited to go to the comic shop again. The Energon universe has me in the same mode. Looking forward to more videos. Oh and loved the rap at the end of the ep. Stay cool guys.

Nice episode guys! I enjoyed the 5-sided commentary. While I am not as excited as maybe Bryan or Shane, I did enjoy Ghost Machine's new offerings. Maybe because I've ben reading John's new stuff from the beginning? Anyway, wow 90 folks plan to come to the anniversary already? I've been thinking about it myself, but I need those yen-dollar exchange rates to go down!

Something that wasn’t said about all three titles. They are all oversized in page count, card stock cover and all $3.99. So definitely value for money as well as quality story and art IMO. Hitch has said that Redcoat could run 100 issues and they have promised that there will be no fill in artist….also no gaps between the arcs…so momentum is the key. Marvel have just advertised X Men 700 -$9.99 for 32 pages….WTF
I didn't enjoy Rook. I think the art is over produced and stale. Fabok is good but since he's all digital it just feels CG and it's too perfect. I doubt he'll keep this monthly. Redcoat was by far my fav. Junkyard Joe is a great book, I hope Gary Frank goes back to that concept.
