Thanks! I just got a PS5 and was trying out the demo and I was wondering where the heck my team was LOL Wildlands was awesome, it felt just more like you‘re part of a team. Breakpoint made some cool changes to the gameplay but your team mates die in the intro made it clear that they wanted you to play solo, which makes no sense. I don‘t have Wildlands anymore but I‘m gonna get that game for PS5 before picking up Breakpoint.
First thing I like about the teammates: you can copy and paste your character's look to theirs with a single tab. First thing I don't like, I can't customize the teammates' second primary weapon. Second thing I don't like: I can't seem to give any of them un-silenced weaponry if they won't use their other silenced weapon, or even put suppressors on autonomously. I get the verbal cue that suppressors are being attached but so-far, it's proven to be inefficient. Third thing I don't like: The bottom three spots in the command wheel to give your teammates orders are emotes. I don't need emotes. I need more functions for the AI teammates to do stuff. Especially if using their secondary weapon isn't working properly. I deleted it. I'm off the forums. I think I'm done.
They shut down server support early to reallocate resources to "Ghost Recon Frontlines" which was meant to be a multiplayer battle royal cash grab but thankfully it was cancelled. The signs are there. The best of this series is now behind us.
Honestly I don’t find breakpoint interesting anymore, I’ve been playing wildlands and it’s so much better maybe not movement wise but the map is way better than breakpoint. Idk maybe tomorrow will be better
I hear you. I think the map is way better in wildlands. Actually the movement and camera system and animations for gun play is the only thing breakpoint did better really with a few other exceptions.
If they re-made Breakpoint but added all the options from Wildlands I would pay full price. I am trying to look all over for a way to set matchmaking permanently public like you could in wildlands. No luck. Heck, you cant even set "Mic+language" on. These games arent meant to be played on multiplayer without a microphone.
Is there a way to play co op with friends or public matches and still keep ai teammates on , help revive or provide cover when that guy in your lobby is all the way on another island collecting skell credits
