Wildlands has been underrated for years. This video will show you details you might've missed and a range of in-game attention to detail. Everything captured is from gameplay only (no cinematic scenes). Additionally, there are images taken with the game's photo mode but this doesn't alter the visual quality.

Not just the graphics and visual details, it's also clear how much detail has been put into the audio design of the game. Excellent immersive music, lots of banter and fun dialogue with multiple male and female versions which gives variation and interesting dialogue overall. Everything about this game just feels alive. It's not perfect ofc, but the attention to detail and the level of immersion overall is astounding

Man, I knew I loved this game. But I didn't quite appreciate *just how detailed* everything was. I just accepted the enviornment and people as they went about their bussiness, I didn't even question the fact that they just actually doing mundane tasks, they just *were*. And the working clocks and dials is just absurd xD

I've been playing since it dropped on gamepass. Controls can be janky at times, but not enough so to make this a bad game. It's a beautiful game to play on high end head phones.

Just recently started playing this on series x and must say it is an amazing looking game to say its 5 years old.. When theres a thunderstorm its definitely a wow moment.. Plus the sound effects and atmosphere are stunning..playing co op with a buddy is hilarious when trying to take a base all stealthy and after 2 mins everything is exploding.. Good times.

Thank you for making this video. I played breakpoint (current update) before this game and was really unimpressed with how lacking it is in just about every department, the missions, movement, world, general gameplay, everything is so sub par. I got Wildlands and damn, I should've just purchased this instead, what an amazing game. I hope the devs take more from this game than breakpoint for the next installment

Have you seen the way characters move in wildlands? They swing their arms way out to the the side and they dig the bottom of their weapon's stock into their shoulder. There is nothing about wildlands movement that is good.

@@SophieSeal32 To be fair, yes Breakpoint has infinitely smoother movement but Im trying to figure out this ridiculous posture you’re talking about. I went into photo mode and the weapon is proportionally positioned with the stock just barely touching the soldier. And that “swinging the arms way out” is that when they switch weapons or switch weapon perspective (TPP)

In terms of detail, RDR2 takes the cake if you ask me. In terms of topography, Wildlands has the best map I've ever seen... so diverse, but not in a forced way. Everything looks very natural. They truly did an amazing job.

Yo, these are the standard ones and they weren't all of them either *Another thing is takedowns vary depending on position, speed and primary/ sidearm weapon

I tried to love Breakpoint but something there doesn't clic on me. Wildlands is so precious, so detailed, just wish we had the cosmetic costumization as well as the weapons.

Wildlands is a thing of beauty but IMO the takedowns were kinda meh. Throughout the game, I wished Nomad would've just used a knife instead. I know the DLCs eventually gave us one, but not originally.

Just it's unfortunate that most of the time based civilian activities don't trigger. I barely find the towns looking alive. No dancing, no kids playing, nothing like the showcased. Is there a mod to increase civilian density?

but dead bodies disappear (and can't lift/hide them), etc. and no destructible environments even with all that firepower. lazy game design and programming for a big mil-sim game.

True, that is some insanely wasted potential but I guess the game having to render everything in the map from 2km all the time kind balances it out. Personally, the destructible environment is the worst.

Despite all these details, due to its mechanics, the game and its world is very artificial! That is the problem with Ubisoft, they make very detailed worlds, but very "video game" mechanics and that greatly affects the immersion. Breakpoint is better! (and that's not saying much) ...

@AlCeeProd 2.0 up the difficulty and turn off the HUD; it's a different experience altogether. Of course if you've done that already you can still notice the gamey patterns after a few hundred hours, but I guess that's true of all games.

Agree honestly when it comes to gameplay breakpoint is much better but with world,story,side missions,patrol,vehicles,civilians,support,DLC,faction and firefights wildlands is the superior in modern Ghost recon games
