Man, it's comics base, neither A-train nor Homelander take speed. He has light speed reaction, and can travel ftl (on a bike). Also fought much faster characters.

No he doesn't. Ghost Rider can go toe to toe with the devil and mephisto in hell and win. Ghost Rider would literally obliterate homelander in every single way. Penance stare alone would burn away homelander's soul.
