Wouldn't it technically be 50/50 for A train, Soldier Boy and Homelander. Logan has superb reaction speed, but A train would probably resort to running circles around him, and giving up after realizing he cant be killed. The strength gap between Logan and the other two is waaayyy to massive. Also, pretty much everyone here except A train and the fish guy has strength over Logan.
