Rogue recently has released a calibration kit which has remedied the issue for me. You can contact them with a photo and they should send you the kit to correct the fit.

Nice, roller j cups are something I’m interested on getting.

I put my review on the Rouge site for the 5/8 and they sent me a umw plastic kit. That changes the tightness of the cups by replacing the small two umw plastic. There are 3 sizes first 1 is too short making it loose and #3 is too tight but it comes with umw shimes I put that on with the original plastic as shimes and it did the job. But like you say one Jake up is slightly bigger than the other. I think the number three umw plastic will work best with your Rep rack. I have a Rogue moster lite one.

I saw myself on the video. Also, try putting a washer on the back of the j-cup for the loose one.

Brilliant! I've seen some worst ways to fix products like using felt pads. Any concern with washers damaging the inside uhmw since it's not resting on a flat surface?

That solution would never pass government muster. 10 years R&D and several custom contracts later, we'd get a drawing of a custom rack to match. edit - unless the washers were $400 a pop.

How about a link to the exact washers used, so we can do this fix? You already made the video, now go all the way with it with a direct link to the correct washers. It's what Basement Brandon would do......
