It was discontinued already when I got the game. Had enough issues with the save not reading, so I'm glad the MP was not there. :)

For the most part, the game is fun. Wish ps4 had backward compatibility since I still have the ps3 copy, but if you've never played it, I'm sure you will enjoy it, if you enjoyed the original movies made in the 80's.

This game was (and still feels) like a Great interactive movie, it's clear that a lot of love and passion went into it and it really showed (still does), in every aspect of it. An open world sandbox game where you receive a call at the firehouse and drive to the location of the call with Ecto-1 is the only way they can go from here.

Does this game have the DLC from the original release? I pre ordered it on 360 and had the Ghostbusters to flight suit, the Gray suit from the 2nd film along with a gold proton pack in a couple of multiplayer characters to choose. I was played single player in the Ghostbusters to fight suit so very curious of that was put in the game

there is a new MP mode to be added later as a free update. I also had a few issues with dialogue audio completely dropping out, like the scene when you first rescue alessa, all the dialogue between her and peter is gone, though I seem to remember the same thing happening at that same spot on the original PC version last time I played it.

When this came out in 2009 it was made canon by Ivan (R.I.P) and Dan but as of last year for afterlife it was made non canon and put in an alternate timeline.

Called it a remake once sorry. Anyway good game but the price mixed with the missing multiplayer(supposedly coming later) makes this a difficult game to ask that price especially with the 360 being BC and the normal PC on amazon version. The Vigo painting wasn't destroyed but it was altered. The explanation I read was that an upsurge in PK energy let Vigo take his painting back but it wasn't enough for him to do the crap he did before. My favorite is when he complains about you burning microwave popcorn.

I played PS3 version recently and just got this PS4 Remaster. Don’t notice much upgrade in graphics (already very fine), but the cast delivers some funny dialogue and the story is very good too! Turn off HUD settings for a little more immersion!

On pc by default is activated the lock on at 30 Hz.... WHY?!!!!!, at first i thought there was something wrong and there is some settings to change in a .ini or something like taht, but it is an option in the Menu 🙄

It was pretty fun. I only hope I get enough money to actually buy the remaster. I only hope that people who liked the original movies play this game, as it is Ghostbusters 3. Unlike the travesty of the other modern Ghostbusters games.

A real shame that they haven't added the multiplayer from the console original version. was one of my favorite multiplayer games to coop your way though building up your level and unlocking your way though all the different suits to get the epic black version :(
