I actually did get to see GI Joe The Movie in the theater in 1987. It came to select theaters across the country. It's weird it came to my home town, because I'm from a small town in SE MN. Not sure how they decided what theaters got it. But I remember my mind being absolutely blown. My little bro and me and my cousins all went to see it, then we went back home and tried to reenact the movie with our figures!!!

I remember hearing that the different brands do not share other molds from other lines even if they are from Hasbro. So I'm under the impression that it's all original new sculpt for Once a man Cobra Commander....he looks great and I pray he won't be difficult to place a preorder for him😬 Isn't that Lt Falcon ??? Out of all four of these exclusives, the only one I want is Cobra Commander. Not only am I now not getting rid of my v2 Roadblock, but Hasbro better not allow more than one of these per order because this figure is definitely making scalpers salivate right now.

@@CowleyStudentJ someone in KUNGPAO LAND stole the serpentor from my box and the factory still sent it out *when i opened the king i was seething* and they sent me two as an apology ( hasbro customer service ) ENFORCER we aint getting cus of scumbag scalpers , same with ONCE , i just hope when golobulus comes around the marketing team actually gives a fuck about us *THEY DONT CUS THE LAST BATCH OF HASLABS PROVE they dont have a clue how to conduct a proper price line or tier list* by making them NORMAL PULSE SITE items

flint really did not had a major role except for being the rescue team leader. i will assume, the joe on the art as Lt Falcon! his backpack assembles Falcon's. and Falcon was a key character in the movie. we need a new falcon version.

4:21 I'm more interested in that background & the photography than the actual figure. That part in the movie was too over-the-top & goofy. I was rolling my eyes. Just because the organization is called "COBRA" doesn't mean they actually have to be snake people. Does that mean Miles Mayhem & all the members of VENOM are actually snake, spider or frog people???

Cant use marvel sculpts for classified. Licensing issue i believe. Mattel had the same thing for dc classics and motu classics. But the reverse was possible ( using motu sculpts in DC classics)

This is a pass for me by far. The movie almost killed gi joe for me as a kid. Only the resurgence of the cool figs the next year saved it. By the later run, i didnt mind the sci fi but changing where they came from so drastically easily had an impact on its upward trends and stunted the heights to where Joe couldve gone

The GI -Joe cartoon movie wasn't that great, Duke should had died with poison of a cobra in his heart and they really don't need Doc or Lifeline nobody ever dies except cobra soilders.
