Wonderful singer, Superb soft initial high C followed by a slight crescendo which not many can manage. Besides that this is not to ignore the entire aria itself which is beautifully done as well.

The high C is marked dolce in the score which is more about quality of tone, not about dynamics. Dolce = Sweet.
