@@MortalKombat479 I feel like the crocodile made sense. As long as you allow the armor to scale up with the increased size, that thing could probably shrug off a rather substantial range of calibres thrown at it. Anything that isn't a crocodile should probaly die to missiles though

The buildup to the Lizzie reveal was well-done, especially since it was easy to forget there was a third monster because the movie never showed or talked about it until this scene, not counting the brief part when the gas canister landed in the swamp. Lizzie looked very bizarre in the concept art, to reflect the higher amount of mutation it underwent compared to the other two monsters. Had limbs growing out of the back, multiple tails, six legs, several eyes, etc. Looked quite different than the design they ended up using.

@@ahsoei9641 yeah, you're actually right, George and Ralph sniffed the green smoke, Lizzie just ate it whole. So, Lizzie developing many eyes, tails, legs would actually make sense to the eyes of the producers and film makers but disturbing to the eyes of the audience. That's probably the reason why they went with this design, badass and scary to both film makers and audience(my opinion).

Lizzie was the personification of a tank. Crocs and gator scales are like a suit of armor then this massive thing shows up and starts tanking attacks like it was her job! Took a lot to bring her down.

You know, When I see Lizzie, I can't help but realise that her physical depiction actually ties in with Cipactli, a primordial sea monster which, according to Aztec mythology, was set to be part crocodilian, part fish, and part toad or frog. Lizzie ,to me fits, that description perfectly.

Otaku Spartan well the a-10 can’t really fire flying straight so it has to fly in close and at an angle so it can do a good firing run if it flys straight and fires the recoil of the a-10’s cannon will cause the a-10 nose to point down causing it to decrease altitude and crash. The a-10 is built around a literal gun called the gau 18 avenger which shoots bullets the size of beer bottles

This movie was honestly awesome for an American kaiju film. Wish they'd make a sequel. :/ And with the absurdity of Rampage, they could totally bring back Lizzie and Ralph by maybe cloning them, and give them handlers like how the Rock's character is with George. Then George, Ralph, and Lizzie can be used to fight off more mutated animals based on others from the Rampage games. (like, Boris, Curtis, and Ruby perhaps? :D )

I love how poor Ralph didn’t just get stabbed in the back once, but TWICE! Wolves are pack animals by nature so although the mutation made him kill his own pack and took over most of his DNA he still maintained some of his characteristic wolf traits which was preferring to fight as a team. And first it was George who turned on him after being cured, but then Lizzie (being just a dumb alligator) bit off his head and poor Ralph is like *”BRO I THOUGHT WE WAS FRIENDS?!”* 💀💀

I love this film and this scene is one of the best. The CGI is excellent and the scene is in the daylight and not in the rain. Lizzie comes as a fantastic surprise as I forgot about the third monster. As much as I love Godzilla (2014) the movie would have been far better than with the CGI scenes all at night or in the rain.

For PG-13 movie, this thing was REALLY violent. Straight up blood and guts when the mercenaries die tracking Ralph, civilians slaughtered in horrific manners (even some blood in there) and soldiers get straight up crushed with big blood splatters, escaping the R rating by dulling the red just enough to look like a sort of gray. I love this movie.

Don't forget, they have pretty impressive regeneration, as far as I'm aware, the best way to kill them is to damage the brain, George stabbed the crocodile through the brain, the crocodile bit the wolf's head off, and at the start of the movie, the entire rat, encluding the head, was destroyed.

I used to have very specific, reoccurring nightmares where a giant crocodile would come lumbering through my neighborhood, the mall, my school, terrorizing everyone and hunting for me while I tried to hide; this movie would have triggered me if I saw it when I was much younger haha

Why the hell do the army in the movies think normal assault rifles work against these giant monsters? Give them a minimum of grenade launcher and only bring in tanks. Also the A10 does not fly that low to begin with and the ammo it was using was most likely duds because a real A10 does one drive by and everything else stops.

Yeah som AP-rounds from a tank should do the trick. Small arms fire is just useless. Just use ground infantery to help evacuate civilians. If tanks won't do the trick then send in some F35s with bunker busters. US airforce got bombs that can penetrate 60m of concrete. In real life this would be over in 10 minutes.

they could get reeeeeeealll crazy with sequels too. between the alien invasion in one of the games and the 40(i think) monsters in the last game, there aren't that many rails for the franchise to go off of.

There was a real life crocodile called Gustav that was over 20 feet long and was estimated to weigh more than 2000 pounds. He was actually resistant to bullets to an extent because his size made his scales so strong and his muscles so thick that bullets could not penetrate far enough to actually hurt him. This was backed up by the numerous bullet Wounds he had on his body and testimony from African soldiers of claims to have attacked him with sustained volleys of AK-47 fire. A crocodile the size of Lizzie could easily withstand much worse.
