老闆才20歲,個性很好,服務態度非常好
蛋餅價位偏高,但份量對得起價位
每個蛋餅基本上都有2顆蛋(或更多)
粉漿份量也很可怕,女生吃一個蛋餅就飽了
蛋餅是直接打漿下去製作,很特別,口味多樣
口味分為(1)清爽(2)重口味
這次我們吃到的口味如下:
(1)清爽:
[原味] - 蛋味很香濃,加點醬油更提味
[起司九層塔] - 九層塔香味逼人,加上起司陪襯,有種簡單又懷念的味道
(2)重口味:
[柴魚皮蛋+德國香腸] - 皮蛋加柴魚絕配,與德國香腸混搭,我不知道蛋餅裡面能包這些東西
[打拋豬+韓式泡菜] - 打拋豬的辣度很過癮,韓式泡菜也很過癮,但過猶不及,我認為這道菜過鹹,因為這兩者都是鹹的,加在一起更鹹了,熱熱吃其實OK,但冷掉後會馬上感覺到整道料理鹹的比例過高,這點希望老闆再思考一下,或者將其中一道材料更改為中性的

The flavors we ate this time are as follows:
(1) Light:
[Original Flavor]-The egg flavor is very fragrant, add some soy sauce to enhance the flavor
[Cheese Nine-story Pagoda]-The nine-story pagoda has a compelling fragrance, and with cheese as a foil, it has a simple and nostalgic taste
(2) Heavy taste:
[Bonito flake preserved eggs+German sausage]-preserved eggs and bonito flake are a perfect match, mix and match with German sausages. I don’t know how these things can be packed in omelets.
[Thai holy basil pork+Korean kimchi] -Thai holy basil pork is very spicy, and Korean kimchi is also very enjoyable, but too much is not enough. I think this dish is too salty, because both are salty, and together it is more salty Yes, it’s OK to eat hot or hot, but when it’s cold, you will feel that the proportion of salty in the whole dish is too high. I hope the boss will think again or change one of the ingredients to a neutral one.
