Most people, A. Dont realize how hard it is to consistently find big muleys out here in MT B. Dont understand how hard it is to not give up when hunting in snow and nasty weather Completely physically and mentally exhausting. Well done, you earned it brother!
Yep. Once i was doing solo mountain goat hunting in Asia, The snow storm hit hard to the point I really needed a strong cool and calm head to go through it. Basically as soon as I was turning around, my own boot tracks were disappearing by falling heavy snow and blowing wind. My only advantage was I knew my terrain very well that kept me helpful not to loose my way home. I really really advice anyone who try mountain hunting, to take a hike summer and spring season to familiarize with the terrain and pathways so in winter you come home safe especially solo trips
Your hunts are as real as they come, and self filmed. Thanks for taking us along to experience it with you. Reminds me of some Unit 1 north Idaho ground, tough as it comes. Congrats!!!!
Disregard the envious people! Well deserved on public land, thanks for sharing this hunt. Your post brings so much energy and motivation to the average public land hunter! You’re the MAN (don’t change a thing) you are who you are with a Big Buck Down! Congrats
That’s a hell of a shot and one hella of a mulie. Got my mulie just a weak ago here in Saskatchewan. Roughly in the 170’s but you got a true monarch. You in that 190-200 club now haha
Hot dam what a stud! Well deserved buck. Gunna be a brutal pack out! Man i love big ol muleys. Shit i would come help you if i wasn't so far away! Congrats always wait for your videos, keep up the good work!!
bud you got some of the coolest pure footage on youtube. and you take down actual shooters, most people take down any buck to post footage. props to you bud you work for it.
Love this video, I too hunt Montana almost every year for Elk and Mule Deer in the Bridger mountains.. I cherish a mountain Mulie more than a mature bull elk!! keep up the great work and see ya on the Mountain!
Now that is determination ! In that slope and snow to carry all that weight ... kudos. Got my mule last week, luckily just 50 yards headshot pretty much no sweat work, this one was well deserved you got stamina and great shooting, Congratulation !
Finally, A real video, of the tracking, the shot and recovery, without all the BS and editing and claiming he only went 20 yards when you post a picture of the deer in a completly different area, with its eyes already sunken back in, because you actually found him the next day or longer. Great Video.
Awesome buck and well earned! It doesn't get any better than that. Just spent 13 days in North Idaho hoping for a buck like that so I can relate a bit to what that country is like. No better place to hunt really as it test you to the max. Congratulations!
Awesome video. Well done. Congrats. Nothing more to add. I have subbed already AND the notification bell is on. All set😊 Looking forward to your next video. Thumbs up immediately and greetings from Norway 🇧🇻
I’ve been hunting Montana mule’s for years and I have never come across a beast that thicc! Holy moly he’s a stud! I mostly hunt the east side of Montana for mules. I suppose they get bigger in the hills. Took my mule buck this year from 306 yards, and he was a big boy but damn that’s a huge mule deer! Congratulations
