I have been a chef for 20 years and baking was always scary. It is a science and directions must be followed. I started watching you a few weeks ago (I am almost all caught up) and now I am baking with my daughter. We always watch a few of your videos and then head to the kitchen. We have made Oreo cereal cake and a Nutella anf strawberry cake and so many more. I want to thank you for inspiring these memories i am making with my kid. Love u Yo! (And the whole gang! I actually have a papaya tree outside my window here in Florida. They grow and ripen in their own time, and ours ripen to yellow it seems. Maybe they'd go to green if they stayed on the tree longer but the tree is pretty young still. Fun fact: unlike other fruits, papayas stop ripening as soon as they leave the tree. Unripe papayas not taste good at all. Do not recommend. I love this cake Yo!
