[Conclusion] This winter trend is the combination of hoppang and beer!!!!!
[Ingredients Information]
Hotteok powder, ketchup, beef, mozzarella cheese: Homeplus
Spicy pepper, onion, tomato sauce: Fridge
[How to Make]
1) Pour lukewarm water into the hotteok mix and knead it.
(Water needs to be added little by little)
2) Add 1-2 spoons of ketchup to add color to the dough.
(Be careful about water control because ketchup also has moisture.)
3) Cover the dough well and ferment it at room temperature.
4) While the dough is fermenting, chop the onion, hot pepper, and olives (if there is no olives, you don't have to use them).
5) Grease a pan and stir-fry minced beef, chopped vegetables, and olives.
6) Season with salt and pepper (so little salt!)
7) Add tomato sauce and stir-fry.
8) When it is done, turn off the heat and cool it down for a while.
9) Spread the aged dough wide and make it round.
10) Put one-half of the cooled filling on top of the dough.
11) Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of it.
12) Put the remaining filling on top of it again.
13) Sprinkle another piece of cheese and wrap the dough in the shape of a hoppang.
14) Grease the steamer with a little bit of oil, then put the hoppang on it. (The point is to cook it for a long time!)
15) When it is done, cut it with a knife.
16) Fantastic taste!
