What’s not to like. When you see a Moki, it is usually attached to a warbird. It was cool seeing it on something different. Nice flight and a great landing!
beautiful!!. and that was great nwhen he came in for the final landing...when it hopped he gave it that short throttle burst to keep it from hitting hard ... i love this vid!!!
Hi B&C Ultimate RC, Thanks for visiting my channel. Your nice comment was forwarded to the Builder/Pilot! Come back to my channel and see many more mainly RC postings
Love the sound of scale radial engines. I would be proud to have built and flown the Crop Duster. True craftsmanship, superb video, a joy to watch. Cheers SJF. Thumbs up.
Thank you Hal for the nice comment! And Thank you for watching! If you are a Warbird Fan You can visit my RU-vid channel by clicking on the blue "ScaleJetFred" on top of this, my message and select from 135 postings! Not too many crashes mixed in... Greetings from Ireland, Fred
That Moki 250 seems built for that type of aircraft. I've seen it on several crop dusters. Perfect in my humble opinion. But your local birds don't seem too fond of it. More than one tried to have a conversation with the pilot. LOL. In the beginning the pilot seemed to have an issue with the tail wheel. Glad to see he got it sorted out. Nice video work. Found you by way of another video you did on another crop duster that was resurrected. I have since subscribed. Thank you for posting and God Bless, Paul from Florida.
Yes Paul, I have a number of postings of the Cmelak, one from 1987 (in Pink colour) where it was displayed at Top Gun Germany. It impressed me so much, that I bought the kit 1997. The rest is History. Thanks for subscribing to my channel. To Morrow I travel To Stuttgart in Germany where a meeting of flyers of RC Airliner models will take place. I hope to get some good video shots again, but my camera is heavy and I am not getting younger - so non-stop recordings are not possible. But I hope to get enough for s good video. Best wishes, Fred
I watched that video you put together of the early years, late 60's to early 70's. It is cool that you have stuck with it for so long. You've been able to watch our hobby/sport progress though the years. There are lighter pieces of equipment available today but if you're like me, you are more comfortable with the tried and true. I still have and listen to 8-tracks, LOL. I like modern tech, but here is something comfortable with older tech. Looking forward to what ever you are able to put together. Being disabled, I can understand what you must go through. Take care and God Bless, Paul from Florida. P.S. You do have what looks to be a very nice setup, I definitely don't blame you for staying with it. Looks like s sizable investment and it shows in your videos, that and your skill.
Thank you RC Plane Telemark for the visit to my RU-vid channel with 144 R/C related videos.and your comment about thr Krug. On your channel I see a nice AT6. 4 Years in succession I visited Kissimee in Florida (near Orlando) to fly the AT 6. Warbird Adventure have 4 of these and for 500 US Dollar yo can fly with instructor for 1 hour. It is great and this year we have no go BECAUSE OF CORONA. GREETINGS FROM IRELAND, FRED
Hi John! I hope you will have success with your project! A Model made from this particular German kit will easily carry extra weight! Thanks for the visit to my "ScaleJet" RU-vid channel with 145 mainly RC related videos! Greetings from Dublin, Fred
A remote control airplane is assembled with ROTO 50 V2 PETROL ENGINE (50cc). And this rc plane is flying about 490 km during 330 minutes without landing. The spec of the rc plane is as following (below). Is it possible for the rc plane to fly that distance? Specification of the rc plane : Engine : ROTO 50 V2 PETROL ENGINE (50cc) Fuel : 7.47 Liter, about 5.5 kg Camera : Sony A7R, 465 gram Lens : Sony FE35mm, 120 gram Battery : ??? kg GPS : ??? kg Controller : ??? kg propeller : ??? kg
Hi Jan! It is neither, it is a 5 cylinder MOKI 250 ccm 4-Stroke made in Hungary Thanks for your visit to my channel - you can see other models using the same make Radial Motor!
Hi Xbpbat21x! Thank you for watching this video and comment. However, I must correct you: it is nor 4 channel, but 9 channel Control: Power, Choke, Ignition on/off from TX = 3 Aileron R, Aileron L and Elevator L, Elevator R = 4 Rudder, Tail wheel (separate channel) = 2 Total 9 channels. each channel individually adjustable for trim/
ScaleJetFred I'll give you all that...but during flight you only have to manage the main control surfaces...I mean, its only two sticks and a switch for flaps...but I guess to each their own.
me too! I operate one (215, early edition) since 1997 powering a Cmelak 1/3 scale, wingspan 3.56 meter. You find some postings about it and other ones on my channel.
