Twix is called that way for "twin biscuit sticks" so I think it's regarding both but I would call it 1 twix bar/2 twix bars to ease my mind

Also if you freeze the caramel at least 24 hours before hand its stops “dripping” least long enough for you to cover it with chocolate : Turned out looking amazing though! 😁

I think the plural of “Twix” is like “sheep”. The word doesn’t change when you have more than one.

yes- but "fishes" is actually commonly used, while it might not be recognized as an actual word, it's like ain't used to be. A lot of people use and recognize it as one, but it might not be official. that's why I used "sheep" as an example instead when I basically commented the same thing as you.

For the caramel you can search for dulce de leche recipe, since it looks the same as that, you can even cook it with condensed milk
