The Cowboys blitzed almost every down and the Giants just kept running straight at them. It didn't make any sense why they didn't do any misdirection or play action. They never adjusted

This is just a bad team. It’s either Jones makes. A good throw then it gets dropped or he under throws a ball on a wide open receiver. We have D Lex and still can’t stop a nosebleed. TY, Mike. The number 1 reason the Giants lost this game was b/c of their QB. There were a number of deep throws that were there for huge gains (and even potential TDs) where Jones badly missed the throw. If he makes ONE of them... Giants' win. Yes, they didn't run the ball, BUT, anyone should have known Zimmer would adjust to stop his D from being gashed by the run. The Giants should have won this game; the plays were there to be had (deep) and the QB spit the bit. That isn't "hating" on Jones... the film confirms the facts. Jones is a poor NFL QB. And yes, Daboll is morphing into Joe Judge ("I like our process, we're practicing good, seeing some good things, making improvements, it's about consistency yadda yadda NONSENSE). No, Dabes... Professional football... it's about wins & loses, ffs.

Daniel Jones doesn’t do anything to elevate this team. He’s a glorified backup quarterback. How many times do we have to watch him underthrow a receiver? It seems like the receivers drop balls because they’re surprised when a ball is actually well thrown to them. He’s got to go …unfortunately it looks like we have to tank the season in order to get a good picK. How can we have a running game we have a quarterback that can’t go deep?

The coach knows he has a bad QB for the next few years and based on his demeanor, he wants to be fired. He doesn’t want to waste years of his coaching life on a team that is going no place except to the bottom of the division. He will be free and happy at the end of the season. The Giants fans will suffer many more years to come.

I think the flags should’ve been the primary talking point and they didn’t even get a mention. That “face mask” on Bellinger was the worst call ever made in the history of the NFL. And everyone is saying how good the giants’ offensive line is. Doesn’t the offensive line have a responsibility for run blocking, as well as pass blocking? If they get a B+ for pass blocking and an F for run blocking, what kind of average grade is that? You cannot say the offensive line is good. Not last night.

Hey if we’re gonna have replay whe the officials fuxk up they need to call from upstairs. There was a penalty called in the Giants that brought them from what should have been 1st n 10 on the Dallas 18 that killed a drive. They picked up a holding flag. When do the refs EVER take back a holding penalty? And I k is Jones has had many, many issues. But every year in multiple games in big time situations he puts the ball in the receivers hands and they drop it. Daboll is losing me. The plays defense is almost non existent. Playing well enough on either side of the ball isn’t enough. This defensive coordinator isn’t the answer. Progress was supposed to be last year.

Joe Schoen Saved 13 and 17 million (30 million total) by not signing X man and Saqon. Plus he got nothing in return. He then used that 30 million Plus a second rounder for the great pass rusher Burns. Go see how well Saqon and Xavier are playing this year. GM, coach QB all gone soon. And the Giants fans wanted Schoen to choose the next QB, why???

I am more optimistic than I think everyone. Losing close games while developing a core could work out. Opt out of DJ, draft a young and they have a nice young core D, skill positions and improved OL. I am no DJ hater, but his numbers are overrated- he can't hit a deep throw, by a mile. A young QB on this team could be the turnaround of the year next year.

Personal Thoughts: The best thing about the Giants is listening to Mike analyze the them. The Giants have not only lost thier way...to the point that they are in danger of losing a generation of fans that have NO IDEA of what its like to win. SO SAD.

10 years of mismanagement. It’s going to take a while to dig out of it. Jones needs to go. The playoff win set us back again. Ditch jones next season, give daboll a shot at developing his guy. I’m not a schoen truther but we can’t keep turning things over every 2-3 years. It’s the calling card of bad franchises.

I'm sick of watching this team play from a deficit. Last night they ran 14 plays where the distance to gain the first down was more than 10 yards! And only a few were because of penalties, it's mostly self inflicted!!! Stop running plays with a high probability of losing yards! end arounds, reverses, fakes. They try to get cute in all the wrong spots. They constantly throw the ball short of the line to gain and the defense either makes a tackle or the throw doesn't hit the receiver in proper stride. He left Nabers out to dry a number of times because of this. They make it so hard on themselves that their margin for error is paper thin. Ironically they got themselves out of many of those 2nd, 3rd and longs, but you can't live like that all night, and that's why they kicked 5 field goals. All they needed were to hit 2, maybe even 1 of those for TDs and this game is different.

Boiled down to its most basic elements, a Quarterback must be able to score, put the ball in the end zone, and Daniel Jones has throughout his career come up woefully short in that department. Whether his arm strength is inadequate or his biomechanics are off, Jones can not compete a pass over 20 yards, being consistently short on his passes, he rarely leads any receiver with a pass down-field. Unfortunately, in too many games it appears the Giants are entirely outclassed athletically, like they are running in quicksand while opponents are leaving me in the dust. That Schoen and Daboll have not improved the roster enough despite having three drafts to control now, tells me that are not succeeding, at least not fast enough, with way too many misses on draft picks. Lets face it Kayvon Thibodeaux is no where near the impact player that you need a high 1st round draft pick to be. He disappears for games at a time and is undersized, being manhandled by many offensive linemen, forcing Thibo to take an inside route, exposing the outside. Evan Neal is a Bust. Ezeudu, Belton, Hyatt too many misses which have killed the Giants. On one of he goal line series last evening, Jones and the Giants didn't make one attempt to put the ball in the end zone, which is inexcusable. Running plays going nowhere, and passes 7 yards behind the line of scrimmage makes little sense to me.

Jalen Milroe in NY..perfect personality for that city, let him sit for a year behind DJ. He’d be really exciting with Malik and would improve the running game. Am I crazy?

There were plenty of big play opportunities on offense out there that DJ either made horrible throws on or were dropped. The QB is definitely holding the offense back. Daboll clearly doesn't trust Jones. The offense is limited. They also are basically playing without a TE. What do you want Daboll to do, rip the team and his players publicly?

I think a huge problem in the first half was running the same play on first down every drive. Zero or negative yards every first down. Same running play.

The cowboy defense has actually been good against the pass all year. Rushing was their problem. And they held us to under 50 yards rushing. Thats why we lost.
