Do I not know? Or do I not care?
The Eucharist is truly the Body, and Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Jesus Christ. Beyond all of God's other gifts, this gift stands alone. Because it the gift of His very Self. And yet, too often our hearts are cold and indifferent to this Greatest of Gifts.

Father Mike, you are saving my daughter and my life. We've been abandonded by my husband. I've been starving myself in order to feed my daughter. Every bad thing imagainable that could happen, did happen to me this past year. I found you and God again. Well, God led me to you. And even though things are still so tough, I have innate peace because of how you break things down. Thank you, Fr. Mike. My daughter and I (only 2, so I pray on her behalf) for our family, her daddy, you, and all the sinners in the whole wide world. You're making a difference. 💜

The last story about the little girl in China was the story that made me want to really go back to my Catholic faith. I stumbled upon another Fr Mike video in 2019 where he told the same story and my eyes were opened. It’s so nice to hear the same story 5 years later and be in a better spot with the LORD. Praise to the Most High and thank you Fr Mike

Amen. Having had a profound conversion experience witnessing miraculous events with the Eucharistic Adoration and multiple encounters with our Blessed Mother to include what mystics and seers described as an illumination of conscience 16 years ago on a pilgrimage, I can affirm that it will be a joyful moment seeing Jesus on the Cross with rays of white and red lights emitting from His Heart when God grants that vision to the world as a last act of God's infinite mercy toward mankind. It will be a joyful moment for those close to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, as well as a shock and awe for those living far away in mortal sins. Repent and return to God. Happy the Feast of Corpus Christi.

After many tears and prayers, I surrendered my will to God's plan for our family and now rejoice in my beautiful, adopted daughter - now a grown woman. Fully my child, fully my husband's child. Hi father Mike and everyone who's watching this video. I'm just a newly converted ex-protestant into the Catholic Church, and I have a question about the eucharist, I've noticed that in the Holy Mass it's only served the body, but not the blood as well to the people, what's the reason for that? Thank you in advance, I just love listening to you, I've learned a great deal already from you, you're truly blessed by God, and I pray that your love for God grows stronger and stronger and that God keeps blessing you 🙏🏻

I currently am not allowed to take the Holy Eucharist and it breaks my heart. I feel that the Catholic Church sometimes puts on too many rules and exceptions to be able to receive Christ. Jesus didn't discriminate and judge, he wants everyone to receive him. I'm a Catholic and have been all my life, have gotten my sacraments. I married a non-catholic at another church and because he wasn't annulled from his previous marriage, I'm not allowed to receive communion. This is a punishment for me not my hisband. My heart breaks. I have been waiting over a year to hear from the archdiocese to hear if the annulment has been approved. ...if it isn't? Where does that leave me? "Divorce"? So I can receive communion again and not be living in "sin". I love the Lord with all my heart, mind and soul and he knows what's in my heart.

I live at the tip of Texas on the border and some have come into some of the local churches and stopped giving His blood and it's not the same. I don't know if they just don't care, but just the priests are getting this chance. I'm not sure to just go along with this but it's been years already and I don't want to seem ignorant. Unfortunately, I wish ignorance and indifference were the only options, but there is also unwelcome. I think it is difficult for those of us who grew up listening to Catholic doctrine to imagine that there are people that don't know that doctrine and haven't known that doctrine forever. It is difficult to imagine that someone could be committing a sin that for us would be mortal, but for them would not be because they don't actually know that. I led and mentored a young woman into the church many years ago. Before she met me she did not know there were different religions, let alone different types of Christians so obviously she did not know Catholic doctrine. She has many mental health issues, much trauma, much addiction and many mortal sins. Her body was the age of an adult and her mind was the age of a child which is normal with so much trauma. Our local parish priest was amazing and loving and helped her. He knew how traumatized she was and so he often checked up on her when he would give a homily that might trigger her. Through coming to mass and being loved, she chose to join the church. She did RCIA and became a catholic. However, like you Father, you have to understand that a person doesn't learn it all or retain it all right away. Her biggest addiction and suicidal tendencies were the first things that started to heal, but she still had a long way to go. I was as guilty as anyone because I expected her to just become like me in knowledge of the church, even though that had taken me 40 years and she had only had 3. I told her something that she was doing was a mortal sin and that she couldn't have the Eucharist if she continued to do it. She did not know it was a mortal sin, but she did not want to offend Jesus, but she also didn't know how to stop because it was an addiction. So she stopped going to communion because she didn't want to offend. The Lord told me to stop going to communion too for that, but it took Him several years to teach me that what I had committed was a spiritual abortion. I was not happy with her level of development, so I scraped her out of the womb of the church. She has continued to go to church with me all these years despite that. Our parish priest changed and honestly all the new priest's homilies are temper tantrums against the "sinners". Oddly enough pride or hoarding wealth are not sins he rails against. She leaves his Mass suicidal. We started trying to go to another Mass whenever we could. I started to put earbuds on her when he talks so that she can hear a homily that might have a resemblance to Jesus. I'm also starting to think about taking her to a Protestant church. I heard a story recently about a Bishop or someone high in a Bishops office that had a ministry to street people and sinners. When a person would express a desire to give their life to Jesus, he would take them to a Protestant church, because as Catholics we are not equipped or can't handle it. I have really started to learn how much we as Catholics are the first born son or the Pharisees. We have been faithful and don't want to share our joy and the gift of the Eucharist with others that just aren't "worthy". Isn't that funny. It is through the Eucharist and Confession that I have overcome many of my sins, (Obviously, I still have a lot to go) but we don't want to share that same gift with others that are coming from the pig sty. The Eucharist is Jesus and of course I should want to share him with those who are hurting. Instead, the loudest message is that they have to be clean before they can have Jesus rather than "While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." It was lifechanging for me when I heard a homily that explained the prodigal son was brought back into the family because the father acted, not because the son did. The prodigal son had hit rock bottom and just wanted crumbs. He knew he was unworthy and didn't expect to be part of the family again. He just wanted to be close. The father welcomed him and changed him. The first born son had the same desire for the fathers wealth and inheritance, he was just going about it a different way. Yet how could his heart change and truly become like the father when he couldn't admit that he had the same goal as the prodigal son. As cradle Catholics, we are so privileged and so unwelcoming. Hoarding wealth and pride are acceptable sins, but many others are not. Yet Jesus loves them, the ones that are trying to hide their trauma through defensiveness and rejecting Catholics because we have already rejected them. Let the little children come to him. Let it be up to the Lord if He slowly converts the sinners. It is not changing doctrine to welcome and love sinners. Jesus doesn't need us protecting him any more than the father needed protection from the prodigal son. If we believe that the Eucharist truly is Jesus there is no better thing than to bring sinners to the Eucharist. I pray that some day our local priest will have an encounter with Jesus and instead of telling people to leave the church and that they can't have confession or communion, that instead he will say, "Come, get to know Jesus."

I wouldn’t give priests and bishops a pass here. They’ve de-emphasized the Eucharist by moving tabernacles into broom closets, allowed (even insisted on) communion in hand, humiliated those who want to kneel to receive, de-emphasized confession, and expanded lay involvement in the Mass, which de-emphasized the importance of the only ones with authority to turn bread into the Body of Christ. That’s the post Conciliar Church that the US bishops and this pope have exalted. No, they’re responsible.

I am Episcopal. When I receive communion it is on my knees at the alter rail. It is with reverence. I have been considering Catholicism. But when I visit the Catholic Churches they receive in a line, standing like a cattle call. The Host is not treated like the body of Jesus. It really gives me pause to make the switch. I just do not think the way communion is done at the Catholic Churches in Vermont conveys what it is.

Which is worst, following what Scripture says or what others say? Scripture teaches salvation comes through Christ "alone". Let's see what catholicism says There is but one universal Church of the faithful, outside which no one at all is saved.” (Pope Innocent III, Fourth Lateran Council, 1215.) “We declare, say, define, and pronounce that it is absolutely necessary for the salvation of every human creature to be subject to the Roman Pontiff.” (Pope Boniface VIII, the Bull Unam Sanctam, 1302.) “The most Holy Roman Church firmly believes, professes and preaches that none of those existing outside the Catholic Church, not only pagans, but also Jews and heretics and schismatics, can have a share in life eternal; but that they will go into the eternal fire which was prepared for the devil and his angels, unless before death they are joined with Her; and that so important is the unity of this ecclesiastical body that only those remaining within this unity can profit by the sacraments of the Church unto salvation, and they alone can receive an eternal recompense for their fasts, their almsgivings, their other works of Christian piety and the duties of a Christian soldier. No one, let his almsgiving be as great as it may, no one, even if he pour out his blood for the Name of Christ, can be saved, unless he remain within the bosom and the unity of the Catholic Church.” (Pope Eugene IV, the Bull Cantate Domino, 1441.) These are de fide, ex cathedra dogmas of Faith. They are the measure. Every teachiing on salvation must conform to them. As Vatican I defined “definitions are by their very nature irreformable.” It is a terrible sin against charity (and truth) to give an impression, nevermind direct assurance, that non-Catholics can be saved without converting. Everyone gets the help of grace to see the true Faith and seek baptism. That is clear from scripture. Saint Alphonsus was saying nothing really new in bringing forth TRUE devotion to Mary, and perseverance therein, as a sign of salvation. Anyone who refuses to believe in Our Lady’s defined titles, and refuses to say the angelic prayer the Hail Mary cannot be saved in that state. Mary’s intercession is not only useful but necessary for salvation: St. Alphonsus Liguori. St. Alphonsus de Liguori IT is impossible for clients of Mary to be damned, if they faithfully honor her and commend themselves to her. St. Anselm "Just as it is impossible for persons to be saved who have no devotion to Mary and are not protected by her, so it is impossible for any who recommend themselves to her, and are therefore watched over by her, to be lost St. Albert the Great: All those who are not your servants, O Mary, shall perish. St. Bonaventure: Those who neglect our Lady will die in their sins. Those who do not call on you in life will never get to Heaven. St. Ephrem calling devotion to our Blessed Lady the charter (or passport) to liberty, and Mary herself the protectress of the damned. Mary has both the power and the will to save us. Father Alfonso Alvarez claimed the devil told him to "Give up your devotion to Mary, and I will leave you alone." St. Catherine of Siena claimed God told her, "No one, not even sinners, who devoutly recommend themselves to her, would ever fall into Hell" Blessed Henry Suso I put his soul in Mary's hands. Therefore, if his Judge wished to condemn him to Hell, her most loving hands would have to handle the sentence. St. Bonaventure: "In you, O Lady, I have placed all my hopes." I have therefore the utmost assurance that I shall never be lost, but shall praise and love you forever in Heaven. St. Antonine let all tremble for their salvation who make but small account of their devotion to the Mother of God, or grow careless and give it up: it is impossible for anyone not protected by Mary to be saved

The opposite of love is not hate. The opposite is indifference . Indifference killed marriage. Not, I hate you, but I don't care. Most awful experience of my life. I may never trust anyone but Jesus, ever.

I've known it was real ever since my first communion. Every time in take the Eucharist, I can feel Jesus in side of me. When I went back to my pew and kneeled and prayed, I could feel God listening to my prayers. Feel the spirit surging inside of me. And every time I take the Eucharist even over thirty years later, I can still feel him when I take the Eucharist.

Prayers for the many Catholics who believe that the Holy Eucharist is just a symbol 😢🙏🏻

Those aren't true Catholics! Transubstantiation is a HUGE part of our faith. I don't know why people fight the concept so fervently.
