I got that snowflake wreath on my running feed too and I am NOT crafty but so enjoy watching you create things. I am more like Lester and like minimal decor and bare walls. When you redid your bathroom and had that bare spot on the wall I found myself yelling leave it, nothing more is needed. But of course you found the perfect decor. Therefore I am looking at my bare walls and thinking maybe they could use a little something. And its all your fault Kim!!! Lol

Good morning Kim and Levi! I have never heard that before “ porch pirate”! We have everything pirates here. I was sitting in our truck outside Albertsons one day waiting on my husband. Some guy tried to open the passenger door of our truck. It scared me a lot! The windows are tinted the guy didn’t see me sitting in the truck. I watched this guy go from vehicle to vehicle trying to open car doors. People are brazen here. We also just felt the earthquake that happened yesterday evening in Midland Texas. That scared me to. My couch shook and my wall clock swayed a lot too. Midland is about 3 hours from where I live in New Mexico. God bless you and Levi!

Kim one thing I love about your Facebook page is your originality. You are you, good of bad, makeup or no makeup, etc. It's easy to relate to you because we are just like you and you are just like us. I am one who wishes I could send you a gift, but between hubby and i, we have 49 family members to buy Christmas for! The number used to be larger, but we've several grandchildren who are now adults and I never seem them except at Christmas when they come to get their gift. They never remember us for birthdays, holidays, etc. A few of them don't even respond to phone calls and texts anymore which breaks my heart. These are my grandkids and they have jobs, their own apartments, etc. I don't expect a gift, but a card would be nice and talking to me once in a while through phone of text would be wonderful. But their lives are too busy to talk to their grandma so I've decided I don't have to buy gifts for them. It's heart breaking though because they were always here when they were young. Anyway, been a Ed's family and my family we have 30 grandkids (one is married), 8 children and their spouses, 1 great grandchild, 3 sisters, 2 brothers and their spouses and my dad. We buy for all but 3 grandkids for the reasons stated above. I start buying around August so it's not overwhelming. But it leaves me broke to buy for other people I care about. So please know, in my heart, I've wanted to buy you some Pioneer Woman gifts but have not been able to.
My family was large and a financial problem at gift giving time. We developed a plan for gift giving for children only. Once they finished high school no more gifts. It relieved our fines. Christ5to me is candlelight services at church and a traditional Christmas dinner with family. Works for us for many years. 🌲

@@catchinupwithkim it’s in the 20s here and snow on the ground. Suppose to have a few days with snow and by Christmas be single digits. I just hope the roads are fine since heading to my nephew’s house out near Buffalo, which is about 2 and 1/2 hours from me. My sister and my brother in law, my niece and my nephew and his wife and 4 children, all boys, age 6, 4 and 15 month old twins. Can’t wait. I will spend Christmas Eve with my brother, his wife and their 2 teenage girls. They live in same town as I do.
Kim, your talking about the cold morning made me chuckle......but not for the reason you may think. A little over a year ago we moved from the Rocky Mountains of Colorado to Georgia. I was used to REAL snow shoveling winters. Now, it seems like summer year-round. Mind you, there actually is a slight change in the weather. I am perfectly comfortable in my shirt sleeves when everyone around me is wearing stocking caps and coats. It's hilarious to me. I do miss my REAL winter weather. I don't mean to be rude to everyone around me.....not in the least. People run their furnaces in their homes so that they won't get cold.....just makes me hot and sweaty. I would be very comfortable, most days without the furnace running. I find it very interesting that what we are used to directly affects the world around us. Aren't we humans strange creatures? Y'all have a blessed Christmas!
That box for your packages is great, it being black is good too. I like to take a bow attach a long ribbon to then attach the cards I recieve on it. That big snowman would be so cute on your porch
